Unser Haus bietet Platz für die ganze Familie und liegt nur 20 Minuten entfernt vom Dom, dem Hauptbahnhof und dem Phantasialand.

Well located in the "21st apartment" in Düsseldorf. This approx. 40 sqm apartment is in a great location, quiet and absolutely central, in the heart of Düsseldorf. Within walking distance through a beautiful park, you can reach Königsallee in 10 minutes, or in the other direction, the modern media harbor. The hip Lorettostraße, with its small individual boutiques, restaurants and bars are right outside the front door. The fair can be reached by train within 25 minutes.

Enjoy your stay in cologne. Pet friendly (cats or small dogs are no problem). Free use of Wi-Fi, Gaming (PS5), Netflix etc. Long term apartment is also available. Perfect location. You can reach everything like the Arcaden (mall), grocery stores, pharmacies, train stations, fitness club within 5 minutes of walk. Small, peaceful flat (for 1 guest) with modern facilities, located directly next to the Düsseldorf trade fair centre and the Nordpark. The train station with a direct connection to the city centre is just 5-8 minutes ( walking distance) away from the flat and takes you directly to the city centre (10-minute drive). Restaurants, bakeries and a supermarket are also within easy reach. Breakfast (individually by request) is included in the daily price.

Our apartement is situated in a quiet neighborhood. There is a separate entrance and a patio where you can sit outside, weather permitting. You will find the entrance to the Duesseldorf trade fair only 200 m away and the convention center in 400 m. The city center can be reached by public transport in 10-15 minutes. There are a lot of restaurants and shopping facilities in walking distance.

Modern ground floor apartment with private garden in Hürth, only 20 minutes from Cologne. The apartment has a bedroom, kitchen, bathroom and a garden area to relax. It sits next to an 800-year-old church whose bells ring on the hour – a charming piece of cultural heritage. The private entrance leads through the garden. We, the landlords, live above and will be at your disposal if needed.

Our single-family home has a spacious, separate floor on the 1st floor with sloping ceilings and charming, super cozy furnishings in a quiet location and close to the Rhine for max. 4 people. The guest floor is of course only available to the guests who have booked. Both bedrooms have a modern and very quiet Daikin Duo split wall air conditioning R32 with the wall unit model FTXP35N.
