It is equipped with electric heating and fireplace (steel with window), furniture, linen and accessories. Location: in the green north of Düsseldorf in a quiet residential area. Walking distance to the trade fair, LantscherPark, Merkur Spielarena and the Rhine. Conveniently located close to the airport, this can lead to higher flight noise pollution until 11 pm.

In the large garden, which is laid out in terraces, there is a small pool with an outdoor shower. Swimming and showering with the feeling of standing in the middle of the forest and only hearing the birds and seeing the squirrels. A small stream flows along the property. The hiking trail starts directly from the garden. Downtown is just 30 minutes away! 😊

Our holiday villa is located in the picturesque forest in Krefeld and is ideal for guests who want to enjoy nature and tranquility without sacrificing the proximity of urban offers. The Düsseldorf trade fair can be reached in a short time, and in the surrounding area you will find numerous excursion destinations, restaurants and leisure opportunities.
