Absolutely gorgeous place for a nice chilled weekend! Plenty nearby to keep us occupied and the pub over the road is a bonus! Within walking distance of Temple Newsam, well worth a visit as well! We definitely recommend!

This spot was the perfect quiet getaway, thanks to an amazing host. The serene garden offered an inviting space to unwind and stretch your legs, even if you chose to stay on the property. Martin’s warm hospitality made us feel instantly welcome! his friendliness and attentiveness truly elevated our stay. A hidden gem for relaxation!

Myself and my friend along with our 4 children stayed and it was wonderful, loads of space and things to keep the children occupied! Roger was very helpful and replied to any queries incredibly quickly.

My entire family absolutely loved this place! The house is spacious & modern. The kitchen was exceptionally well-stocked, and there was plenty of closet space in each bedroom, making it perfect for a comfortable stay. The living area was a highlight, with incredibly cozy couches and a huge TV that made relaxing even better. Having a bathroom on each floor was a fantastic convenience- especially for my mom & toddler. Dani was a wonderful host—warm, courteous, and incredibly thoughtful. She even stocked the fridge with milk and bread, which was such a kind and hospitable gesture. Overall, I highly recommend this place! The photos don’t do it justice—it’s even better in person! If ever I am in Leeds again, I will be staying here.
