Waterfront vacation rentals in Columbia County

So peaceful. Clean and relaxing. I already recommended it to somebody.

Jeanne’s place was just incredible. The lakefront views, easy access, and water toys make it a fabulous get-away vacation. The patio is delightful with lights, comfortable seating, fan, log burning fire, lounge chairs, and bird feeder that is so fun to watch. The grounds have gorgeous flowers, beautifully maintained. The kitchen is among the best provisioned we have experienced (e.g., blender, gourmet cooking utensils) and Jeanne provides so many extra’s—e.g., coffee, spices, maple syrup, pancake mix. . Although the space is a studio it is so well designed for storage and flexible use that it feels large and comfortable. High quality linens, bath and lake towels are convenient. Jeanne and Jim were very accessible for local recommendations.. We felt like guests in a concierge hotel but with private, relaxing accommodations. This is our second visit and we hope to come back frequently. Highest recommendation for Jeanne’s place.

My stay at Austin's listing was great :) The house was very clean and spacious and had everything we needed for our time there. The restaurant at the country club had amazing food and was walkable from the house. Very close to Hudson!

Mark’s place was perfect for our weekend getaway. Just minutes from the main shopping and dining street, but incredibly private and quiet all the same. The house was beautifully decorated and luxurious, and Mark was extremely flexible with our Amtrak-dictated timings. Thank you, we can’t wait to return to Hudson!

we enjoyed our stay at this beautiful inviting cozy place. On top of the having most any amenities one can think of, the place is situated at a great place to explore Western Massachusetts from. we got all the help we needed to get around during our stay, places to visit, the better places to eat etc. I will definitely recommend my friend to stay there. thank you much Jill and Steve for creating this place.

We would highly recommend Bee’s place! It is so cozy and well appointed. We appreciated all the thoughtful and homey touches. Plus, the view is outstanding. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck and watching the sun set. Amazing bread at Berkshire Mountain bakery and great sandwiches at Taft Farms are just a couple minutes away. We appreciated Bee’s hospitality and responsive communication.

Seth is definitely a “super host”! Instructions were very detailed and perfect! The suggestions for restaurants and things to do was extensive. The location was perfect for our visit to Valatie. I have never been to an Airbnb that was this clean - impeccable! The small back porch with a view of the river was awesome! I will definitely book this Airbnb again!

We really enjoyed our time in Hudson! The house was walkable to lots of shops and restaurants in town. We were pleasantly surprised with how well stocked the kitchen was, as well (plenty of pots, pans, and cooking utensils) . Wesley was responsive throughout our stay. Would definitely recommend this home for anyone looking for a relaxing and fun trip upstate 😊

This really was a perfect stay with an incredible view! We had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The view was absolutely breathtaking, just as shown in the pictures. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and we felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals. Everything was exactly as described, and we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!

What we needed was really just a "heads in the bed" type situation as we had plans that were to keep us away from the house most of the day but really the place was very homey and lovely to come back to. Everything was just as described. The hosts were flexible and offered early check-in/late check-out unprompted which was nice to have some time to relax the day we checked out. Overall it was a great stay!

Had a lovely stay at the Sawmill, very peaceful, quiet and private. It has a very homely feel to it and I felt right at home! Joe was very lovely and helpful to me, especially when there had been very heavy snowfall, and he helped me scrape my car so I could get to my audition, and offered to help me if I got stuck coming back! Fantastic hosts and what a beautiful home! I would love to go back!
