Il nostro soggiorno a Venezia è stato splendido, anche grazie all'appartamento di Rosalia e alla sua posizione. La descrizione e le foto rispecchiano appieno l'ambiente (Sono presenti gli asciugamani, anche se non sono esplicitati in descrizione! ). Check-in e check-out veloci e chiari, siamo anche riusciti a lasciare gli zaini l'ultimi giorno e a recuperarli più tardi del check-out. Ci tornerei senza dubbio.!

Unser Aufenthalt im Apartment von Luca war traumhaft schön! Die Wohnung war super ausgestattet, geräumig und sauber. Sie entspricht zu 100% den Beschreibungen und liegt sehr ruhig! Innerhalb von 2 Minuten ist man am Strand und an Einkaufsläden, Restaurants, etc. Die Kommunikation mit Luca hat durchweg sehr gut funktioniert. Selbst abends ist er auf unsere Anliegen eingegangen und hat uns zu jeder Zeit weitergeholfen. Luca ist ein sehr guter Gastgeber, der es sehr wohl zu verstehen weiß, seinen Gästen wunderschöne Urlaubstage zu bereiten. Er ist freundlich, geduldig und super sympathisch. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit und kommen sehr gerne wieder! Vielen Dank!

Wir haben dieses Apartment sehr genossen: Wegen seiner Lage am Rande der historischen Altstadt konnten wir alle interessanten Orte dieser schönen und lebendigen Stadt unkompliziert und zu Fuß erreichen. Claudia’s apartment was beautiful, comfortable and relaxing. Its location was perfect for visiting the sights and restaurants, bars and cafes of Venice. Claudia’s recommendations were spot on. Additionally, the quiet location of the apartment meant time ‘at home’ was relaxing and peaceful. Absolutely recommend.
