Full kitchen, bathroom with shower. Features WiFi, RokuTV, AC/heat, Keurig, tea pot, toaster, microwave, stove/oven, fridge. You'll enjoy a Hill Country vibe that's only 8 minutes to shops & dining. We are about 35 min to New Braunfels or SanAntonio and about 20 min to Canyon Lake and Blanco. We are close to the Guadalupe River, Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas and Fredericksburg is about 45 minutes away. Plenty of parking and a fenced back yard. 2 pets max.

Located 35 miles north of San Antonio, 45 miles SW od Austin, 4 miles off Guadalupe River,and 15 miles to Canyon Lake. Come join us! The Cottage is a building from the cattle ranch days of the 40's. It was renovated several years ago into a duplex (New Mexico Suite and the Virginia Suite) The duplex also has a connecting door which may be unlocked if you wish the rent the whole house.
