The villa has on the first floor a double bedroom with private bathroom and, on the ground floor, a double sofa bed in the living room, where there is a second bathroom.

We are 50 minutes from Pisa airport on the SS12 route. The location is perfect for summer or winter. In summer you can reach the sea, in winter ski in the hills. All year round you can explore the region by foot, bicycle, motorcycle or car.

The apartment, which has frescoes dating back to the 18th and 19th centuries and the original ceiling with beams and ‘seminato alla veneziana’ flooring, offers a splendid panoramic view over the garden.
