Enjoy the sounds of nature when you stay in this unique place. Country setting, but close enough to a lot of activities. Close to Charlotte and Charlotte motor Speedway. Wineries, PNC pavilion. Great Wolf Lodge and Concord mills. Enjoy visiting the goats and chickens. They love animal crackers and you’ll find some by the gate to give them. This was originally Bruton Smith's Condo at the race track! The main living area has floor to ceiling windows for an amazing view of the track. This is the Penthouse Suite floor plan, it includes its own PRIVATE balcony and a side window that opens. If your booking the condo over a NASCAR RACE, you will get up to 7 people inside the condo FREE of charge, additional people require condo tickets and will be charged extra by the Speedway.

Enjoy a stay at this efficient studio inside a historic Union Street home. The studio is attached to the house but has its own dedicated entrance, porch, wifi, full kitchen (fully stocked), minor appliances, full bath with tub and double bed. Its a lovely half mile walk to the heart of downtown for shopping, food, drinks and all sorts of other things to see and do!
