Our stay at the apartment was great. Chani welcomed us kindly and I leave everything ready, the furniture in the house is old but still, they make you feel at home. Everything very clean and tidy and equipped with everything we might need. At the end of the stay we warn chani to leave him the key and she finally help us to get to the bus station. In short, a stay that I would definitely repeat!

The perfect apartment for 2 people with all the amenities it advertised. 10 minutes from downtown where you can find bars, restaurants and more, and about 5 more from the beach which has good access. As for parking, the streets are quite narrow for large cars, but in the surrounding area there are areas where you can park in a row more easily. It is convenient to go to the supermarkets by car, as it is a long way and uphill, but there are shops right next to the apartment where you can buy things. Thank you Agustina for everything, we were very comfortable.

This place was perfect. Small with a big bed, great shower, good kitchen and nice living area. The location was perfect, close to everything but zero outside noise. We slept amazingly. Jorge was very nice and informative and Carmen was quick to respond to messages. Fantastic stay!

Apartment in very good condition, as it appears in the advertisement. Very important that has a garage space. Very close to the beach and the leisure area but in a quiet and noise-free area. Both Claudio and Azul answered all our doubts. Very good experience.

We liked the apartment, it was very well located, right in the center of Cadiz, and very clean. Very good value for money. In addition, both Miguel and Pepi gave us all the possible facilities at all times.... we will definitely repeat on an upcoming visit to Cádiz. To put a hit, the mattress on the main bed is a little overdue.

The apartment is new, it has everything you need, it is in a quiet area near the beach and with all kinds of restaurants and shops next door, it has a huge parking lot a few meters away in which you always park at the first and last Francisco Jose very friendly and super attentive if you write to him. Highly recommended.

Our stay couldn't have been better. The apartment is beautiful, everything is taken care of in detail and you can truly notice that love has been put into it. It's not at all like other apartments in which there is cheap, broken or dirty furniture just to take advantage of renting an apartment. The area is great, everything is close to both the beach and supermarket, and Juani is a love, she has been attentive from the first to the last moment.

Juanjo was an absolutely wonderful host. We ended up getting in quite late but Juanjo was calmly waiting for us. With dinner nonetheless!!! Not only was dinner waiting for us but the fridge had many different kinds of cold drinks and the cupboards had everything we needed to start our stay. What an amazing welcome to his lovely apartment! Juanjo was very friendly, reponsive and helpful. He even brought us more of the coffee we liked so much! The apartment itself was very comfortable and well equipped. It was luxurious to have two full bathrooms, tv sets in three rooms and a washer AND a dryer. The bed was super comfortable. Everything worked really well. The apartment was very clean. And the view (and the sunsets!) from the balcony was amazing. A lovely and at the same time a cozy place. It was very easy to feel at home there. We loved the location so close to the ocean and to lots of great restaurants and shops. Very convenient! We truly enjoyed our stay.

We had a great stay in the apartment. The location to the market and the old town was perfect. The flat and the stairwell were beautifully clean. The local bar was somewhat noisy which didn't bother us until the Saturday night, when the level ramped up and it was difficult to get to sleep. Something to consider if you stay with small children.I would definitely stay again. All amenities so handy.

Juan place was beautiful , perfect oasis in Cádiz. Juan was very helpful and went out of his way to help us whenever we needed something. I appreciated how helpful , kind and responsive he was! Gracias Juan for the beautiful stay!

The apartment is in a great location in the middle of cadiz center but is still quiet in terms of noise. The view from the 2 terraces is breathtakingly beautiful. The Jacuzzi on the upper terrace is a luxury. Sofia is a friendly hostess we recommend the house to everyone. If we come back to cadiz, we will rent this apartment again!

I would return once and a thousand times. Everything was perfect.
