In this area, they grow flowers (roses), fruits like apple and veggies like potatoes, carrots, garlic, onions, cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, Brussels sprouts, and many more. Morning hours are very cool during the summertime and quite cold during the winter months. But the mountain view is breathtaking and this property is simply perfect for a few days to a few weeks stay to discover this unique area of the Dominican Republic. Thanks to the generous hospitality from Mercedes, you really feel part of the family the moment you get to her house. I highly recommend this paradise!”
We are renting our Ecological Vacation home in the beautiful Dominican Republic, a literal paradise in the mountains. It's located in the middle of the island with a 360 degree view of the surrounding valleys, mountains, and landscapes. The house is 15 minutes from the town of Constanza and two hours from Santiago Airport. Of course it is equipped with 24/7 electricity, hot water, cable tv, and internet service, yet it is beautifully furnished. It can accommodate 20 overnight quest, as we have five large bedrooms. There are two kitchens and four full bathrooms. Otherwise, the house holds a capacity of 150 persons, for wedding, birthdays, and special events, especially considering our wrap around porches and outdoor patios are enormous. We also have a hot tub/pool for enjoyment.

Jorge was assisting us during the stay, he is the employee of the year! He helped us with everything we needed and made us feel as at home. If you want to cook...the villa has several kitchens and bbqs, Also we enjoyed the climate, as we come from Punta Cana where currently is extremely hot. Thank you for having us at your home Ana, everything was perfect.”

An ecological house with self-sustaining services of solar energy and natural reserve of pure water, the silence invites to a total relaxation, great quantity of birds to observe among which stand out the hummingbirds, carpenters, guaraguao, buzzer, swallows and parrots.

You will find the place hard to get but it is worth it. "Comedor Luisa" is a local place with Dominican food available to eat in place. I had such a great experience... Valle Nuevo national park is open and the cascade Aguas Blancas is also there to visit. Great experience from Omar.”
