Hanging clothes rack and specific suitcase/bag space included. Private, covered outdoor deck with lounge chairs and bbq for you to enjoy the beautiful Coromandel evenings on. Located at the Purangi river end of beautiful Cooks Beach our refurbished unit is ideally located for rest and relaxation. Or if you prefer a more active break we provide a double kayak, (including life jackets) and paddle boards, and can suggest beautiful areas for walking. The property backs onto a reserve with space for parking so please enquire if you would like to bring your boat. Safe swimming, kayaking and paddle boarding are within view and only a 2 minute walk away.

Entirely self contained, The Lookout is lined with warm natural timbers and has a comfortable queen size bed. It also has a private deck area perfect for morning coffees, BBQs, stargazing and bird watching.

Our place is close to the beach but away from the crowds so if you want peace and quiet with great views, this is the place for you. It is good for couples, friends, solo adventurers and people with pets (1 dog only). It is an easy 15 min walk to the shops and 20 mins to the beach. Cathedral Cove, Hot Water Beach and Whitianga are all within easy reach.
