The house is next to a green corridor making it a great place to see species wildlife. It’s a very safe and quiet neighbourhood. Full time Tenants /co hosts live upstairs in the original beach house are beautiful people very respectful of valued guests However as with any unit you may hear their footsteps above. 1.2km easy (walk, ride, drive) on path to beach access, 1.7km to the center of Coolum.
