House Aceso was newly listed on the rental market at the very end of 2022 after five full months of renovations, upgrades, and new furniture/appliances shipped in. Come spend some time unwinding and relaxing while soaking in the incredible views. Located on the quiet side of the island in Coral Bay, our home is nestled among the natural beauty of St. John—home to wild goats, sheep, and donkeys! Grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and beaches are all a short drive away.

Simplicity-affordable with a view

Simplicity is targeted at the down-to-earth traveler who comes to explore nature and simple living. It is a small studio with a kitchen, a bathroom, and a breathtaking view that our guests love. You can enjoy the view from the bedroom or from the deck, where you can relax with views of turquoise waters, green hillsides, and the neighboring British Virgin Islands. There is no AC, I live upstairs in my apartment with my sons, and there is no generator.

Enjoy paradise with this beautiful, newly remodeled cottage as your home away from home. This gem shares the same property, and overlooks, the only organic farm on the island. The farm produces all of the local salad greens, vegetables, herbs, and fruits for all the best restaurants and grocery stores. If you are planning on cooking at the property, let us know and we will bring you some fresh produce.

Mango Suite: King bed, hot tub

Mango suite has a private entrance and covered deck, and hot tub with down island views. It is located in a converted duplex in a residential neighborhood less than a mile from Coral Bay restaurants and small grocery stores. It has a full kitchen, with dishwasher and large fridge/freezer. The suite is also supplied with a cooler, beach towels and beach chairs. Onsite, safe parking is also provided.
