The RR winds through tunnels and trestles along the south border of the park and was originally the only way to visit Glacier. Light sleeper could have problem with the train noise. The home has a covered deck, full-home AC and heating, gas fireplace, back yard with fire pit, desk/work area, and pull-out sofa if needed. Private Entrance, all fenced. There is a solar panel to plug in essentials, and a camp stove and fire ring for cooking. We provide a cooler and water. There is an outhouse with a propane-heated shower. Not for light sleepers! The train comes by a couple of times a night.

This is a beautiful and convenient place to relax when visiting the last best place. There is a romantic woodstove inside and a hottub outside! There are two brand new A-Frames next door that share some outdoor spaces and a cabin as well. You can book all 4 for large family events or just the house for privacy.
