My stay in Maria’s apartment, tucked away in the quiet Providencia neighborhood, was absolutely wonderful. It’s perfect for anyone who values peace and privacy. The area is peaceful and noise-free, making it ideal for rest. The location is good — just a 3-minute walk to the nearest bus stop and about 15-20 minutes to the metro. While I didn’t have a car, the free private parking is a great perk for those traveling by car. The apartment is compact but well-organized, with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Providencia is also fantastic for those who enjoy an active lifestyle: there are many streets with bike lanes and plenty of Uber stations for bike rentals. It’s a very safe neighborhood for walking, with plenty of cafés, green spaces nearby, and friendly neighbors. Overall, I had a very positive experience and can 100% recommend this place to anyone visiting Santiago.

I had a stay of just over a month. Good apartment, well located, well equipped and always attentive host. Maybe a slight maintenance in the bathroom would leave it as new and on the mattress. Everything else is spotless. I would stay there again.
