Whether you seek a family getaway ,a romantic hideaway or simply a place to curl up with a good book, come and enjoy our little corner of paradise!

Το Almiri's house είναι ένα πλήρως ανακαινισμένο και εξοπλισμένο σπίτι κατάλληλο για τις οικογενειακές και ήσυχες διακοπές που πάντα θέλατε. Οι χώροι του σπιτιού είναι άνετοι και φωτεινοί και με όλες τις ανέσεις. Περιβάλλεται από έναν μεγάλο και προσεγμένο κήπο καθώς και ιδιωτικό χώρο πάρκινγκ. Στο πίσω μέρος βρίσκεται μια αυλή προκειμένου εκεί τα παιδιά σας να απολαμβάνουν το παιχνίδι τους. Βρίσκεται σε απόσταση μόλις 150μ από τη γραφική παραλία Κοκκώσι. Quiet little spot right on the beach ideal for a relaxing retreat. There's nothing quite like having the sea all to yourself. Perfect for couples and families. Vacation house of about 50 square meters. Boat marine is at a distance of about 300 metres from the house. The house is 3 minutes from Aigeira and about 4 minutes from Derveni, both locations with bars, coffee shops, supermarkets and stores. **The house now has a new roof! Traditional Stone Guesthouse

The house was built before 1940 and back then it used to be the house of the teacher of the village. The basement was the storage room for the resin. Only in 1975 me grandpa, Dimitris, was able to buy the house and the basement too, in order to use the entire building as a storage room. Then, in 2019, my family decided to transform the upstairs as an Airbnb room and the basement as a storage room for the wine and the oil.
