Nilay and Sencer's appartment is very nice, clean and having a local spirit. We were welcomed warmly by Sencer. The tram and bus stops are very close: less than 5 minutes away and you would need 10-15 minutes to reach Galata. If you arrive in Istanbul by car - there's a paid parking nearby that can be used for 15 EUR/24h. We also enjoyed a lot our visit to Sencer's Pizzarotti restaurant, where we had the pleasure to taste his local pizza inventions and have a conversation.

Mr. Burak greeted me at the door and always answered all my questions beforehand. The house was just like in the photos. It was cleaned and had clean supplies for daily needs. In terms of location, you can easily get to Marmara and so on. Everything you can meet your needs is located in the vicinity. Mr. Burak also helps with check-in and checkout. It can be easily preferred.

beautiful location right on the sea front, where I noticed alot of Turkish families also came to enjoy the sea view and picnic/ barbecue The property was exactly as described and perfect for our family. it was clean, spacious and comfortable. The beaches and restaurants were all just a short taxi ride away. There was also a fish restaurant less than 10 minutes walk away. the host and her husband were great, they were always ready to help if needed. I would definitely stay here again if ever in Beylikduzu

We are a family of 5 and we had a beautiful experience with thisapartment. The host is very helpful and always present especially in airport transfers - home, he helped us even in times of difficulty. The host got up at 3:30 in the morning to say goodbye and make sure the transportation arrived. The apartment is very clean, comfortable and close to downtown. As a result of our experience, we highly recommend it.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The place is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with modern amenities that made our stay very comfortable. The neighborhood is quiet yet convenient, with small shops nearby for daily essentials. One of the highlights was seeing so many cats around, which added to the charm of the area. The house itself is beautifully designed across four floors, and everything feels new and well-kept. While the location is a bit hilly, it wasn’t an issue for us since we rent a car. However, it might be slightly challenging for elderly guests with mobility concerns. Overall, it was an excellent experience, and we highly recommend this place for anyone visiting Istanbul. You can use the whole building. It's a spacious building. Right at the bottom of the sea. The upper floors may not be suitable for small children and elderly as the stairs in the building are steep. A fan on the middle floor would be best The beach is partly mossy. The sea floor is sandy and clean. You can only enter the beach with the pier. We wish we could have stayed longer if we had permission.

The location of the Airbnb is great because from there you can very well explore the whole of Istanbul. Faith itself, however, is an older district. The Airbnb has everything you need, but it could be serviced a little better. There is some mold in the bathroom. It would also be nice if there were more pillows. All in all but great value for money!

I rented so many apartments and this is the first apartment where I did not disdain to walk barefoot and use the household items provided. I usually do a general cleaning myself, but this apartment was well cleaned. Only for this you can already give a high rating. Silence at night is very important to me and I did not hear the neighbors in this apartment. Good security, which is also important. I needed this area, so I knew where I was going, but if you are a tourist, then this location will be far from the center. There are no shops in this residential complex yet, it is not very convenient if you do not have a car, it is also impossible to walk to the nearest supermarket, only by bus. Keep this in mind. There are not many kitchen utensils in the apartment for long stays, but I bought more myself, what I needed, as I planned to take it all home. The apartment turned out to be slightly larger than in the photos, the kitchen in life is more cozy than in the photos and in general the apartment is more aesthetic in life, which also pleased me. Thanks to the host.

This is the second time we stay with Mr. Nuri in his cozy apartment, The apartment is exactly as described, clean and comfortable, recently renovated. There are all the necessary things for a comfortable stay, including nice little things that show that Nuri is caring for its guests. The apartment is 3 minutes from the M1 light metro station and the Metrobus stop. 7 minutes from the T1 tram station, which goes directly to the center of the historic part of Istanbul. Within walking distance there is a large 3M Migros supermarket. Nuri is always available to assist you and answer any questions you may have. We had a wonderful vacation and recommend this apartment
