Berry house on the edge of a stream, in absolute calm, 7km from Sancerre, consists of a large living room with dining room and lounge, a fully equipped kitchen, a shower room with toilet and a bedroom (overlooking the stream) with a 160 cm bed. You will have access to the garden, with deckchairs available and private use of the terrace at the water's edge without any vis-à-vis: unobstructed view of the countryside. We live in the terraced house. Bicycles can be made available.

Dear future guests, Welcome to our beautiful duplex apartment! Please note that this was formerly our home. Simba and I lived here happily for a while and everything was custom-made, according to my tastes. Nestled a 15-minute walk to the city center and 5 minutes to the train station, this accommodation will hopefully offer you a truly remarkable experience for those looking for comfort, style and convenience. Watch out for the beam at the bedroom level at 1.70 m.

In the heart of the Berry countryside and 2 hours from Paris, the Cahute is less than 10 km from the vineyards of Sancerre and Pouilly-sur-Loire and close to the Loire by bike. Nearby (500 m) is also an equestrian center. 10 km away, Loire canoe trip, 18-hole golf course (Golf De Sancerre), mini-golf, tennis, swimming pool. 45 minutes from Circuit de Nevers Magny-Cours, car, motorcycle, This comfortable cottage, its terrace and shaded garden invite you to relax.

You will be staying in a mythical place in Pouilly-sur-Loire: the former hotel-restaurant L'Espérance. The wedding room, with views of the vineyards and the Loire, has been transformed into two comfortable single-level accommodations. Enjoy a 20m2 covered terrace and a private courtyard for your vehicle. You will be only 200 meters from the city center and all amenities. For halloween we made a small decoration in the entrance airlock of the accommodation.

Charming house in the heart of Pouilly-sur-Loire, located close to the banks of the Loire and shops, you can relax there in peace. ON THE GROUND FLOOR: - living room - equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge, SENSEO, toaster, kettle... - restroom ON THE UPPER FLOOR: - 2 bedrooms / 160*200 bed - shower room - toilet The house has a private enclosed courtyard with a dining area. You can park a vehicle or bikes there. Parties are not allowed.

Manor Flower Cottage

The cottage is located on the property of a 16th century manor, in a wine region close to La Charité sur Loire, Pouilly sur Loire, Sancerre... Equipped with a separate entrance, it has its own garden and adjoining laundry room. Fully restored we decorated it by heathering and working with local materials. The ground floor has a living room with a kitchenette and a shower room. The room is on the mezzanine. Enjoy the calm and the greenery !

This is our countryside house, located 2 hours from Paris in the wine-making region of Sancerre. This is a rustic family home, carefully renovated in an English cottage-style. It is charming, with exposed stone, original features, and a vine adorning the house. It has a log-burning fire for the winter and a garden full of fruit trees in the spring; a perfect spot to enjoy the local renowned goats cheese and crisp Sancerre white wine.

🏠Small house, formerly a marinier, adjoining the privilege of direct access to the banks of the Loire. It faces the river and is at the foot of all amenities. Large windows open to a tree-lined boardwalk where strollers share the space with cyclists taking the Loire by bike. Peaceful and central location at the foot of the church, 150m from a bakery and 190m from the grocery store and a butcher shop.

24m² apartment on the 1st floor, in the center of Pouilly Sur Loire with all amenities at the foot of the accommodation ( parking, restaurants, bars, grocery stores,....) In the apartment you will have a 12 m2 bedroom with a double bed, and a TV. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, Senseo coffee maker, microwave, fridge, washing machine, etc. and the bathroom has a SMALL shower cubicle (70X70).
