Vacation rentals with a patio in Couço

L’arrivée s’est très bien déroulée, une vitesse de réponse aux messages irréprochable. L’appartement était propre, dommage que le temps n’est pas été au rendez-vous pour profiter de la belle terrasse. La cuisine est se situe hors du logement mais cela n’est pas dérangeant car elle est juste en face du l’entrée du logement.

Great place to stay in Lisbon. It’s right in the centre of the city close to everything. Joana is a great host very responsive and friendly. The apartment is well stocked with everything you need. It’s spacious. Well decorated and very clean. Easy access from the street with modern lift. No keys are required as the doors open with a digital code. Recommend it 100%

Ana’s place is really cute and well-decorated - just like the photos! Very clean and perfect for 4 guests. Ana herself is very responsive and helpful. When we needed extra towels and urgent medical care she helped us right away. It’s not Ana’s fault but there’s an empty lot next door with some construction going on that detracts from the overall feel of the street. Note: the Airbnb is on a steep hill so if you have any mobility issues you should consider another place.

Stunning apartment, the pictures don’t do it justice. Teresa was so communicative and helpful for recommendations. Made this stay extra special for our group. I would recommend this apartment to anyone who wants to stay in Lisbon, great location and spacious. Thank you so much, Ceri and friends

We stayed two weeks in Ana’s apartment, the place was perfect for a large family. We would return without a doubt ! Right in front of the beach, right in the village, spacious and clean with everything we needed for the kids.

Modern duplex apartment which is furnished to a high standard. Private outdoor spaces over both levels. The kitchen appliances are very good. Closer to the airport than the centre, it is a quieter part of town which we wanted with young family. There are train and metro options within 15 minutes walk if you don’t want to get a taxi or take the walk on up the hill into the centre. Our only negative was that the apartment amenities were lacking in some areas. Could do with more pillows for the beds, more towels, shower supplies such as shampoo/conditioner, and some placemats for the very nice tables in the apartment.

The apartment is good. It has everything what you need for a long term stay. There are a lot of sun during the winter (even for the -2 floor). Paulo is a great host, very communicative and always answered our questions. The TV and the sofa infront are perfect for spending the evenings, while the terrace is super nice for breakfasts (say hello to the cat which will definitely visit you). Good bathroom with a heater. The only downside is the mold, which appears in the bedroom. We stayed for one month and it grew significantly during this time. However, it is a very common thing for Portugal.

Foi como se de um retiro se tratasse! Era mesmo o que precisávamos: o descanso, a calmaria, a privacidade. Deu para colocarmos o bronze e a leitura em dia. Tomar o pequeno-almoço ao ar livre é uma coisa tão simples, mas na correria da vida não é tão fácil e na casa da Ana era obrigatório! Adoramos todos os pôr-de-sol que assistimos e esperamos voltar. Marvão é, sem dúvida, maravilhoso. Recomendamos o atelier do Paulo Gouveia onde compramos uma linda pintura onde a cortiça é a personagem principal. Terá especial lugar na nossa sala onde nos recordaremos para sempre destas férias repletas de paz e harmonia. Desejamos à Ana e ao seu espaço o maior sucesso e agradecemos todas as dicas e a garrafa de vinho saborosa que nos deixou!

A casa era muito agradável e exatamente igual as fotografias. Quartos com espaço e camas confortáveis. A cozinha estava equipada com todos os electrodomésticos necessários, incluindo chaleira, máquina de café expresso e máquina de lavar louça. O espaço exterior muito agradável para o verão!

A Susana é uma excelente anfitriã, e dentro do possível, bastante flexível. Adoramos a nossa estadia, foi descanso absoluto. A quinta tem tudo o que necessitamos para uma boa estadia sem precisar de sair, pelo que todos os dias ficamos na quinta sem sair e a usufruir das instalações, da paz e conforto. Toda a casa estava bastante limpa, também com todos os utensílios e eletrodomésticos necessários. A D. Soraia, foi também excelente connosco, muito disponível e de uma enorme simpatia Recomendamos em absoluto e contamos voltar. Obrigada ☺️

Simone is a great host. Super friendly and responsive. The house was excellent. Spic and Span! All the amenities were there. The location in Almada is great. Very close to the Tajus river (200 meters) and one can easily get a ferry to get to downtown Lisbon. Thanks Simone!

My stay here was perfect! The place looked just like the photos and it was only a 15 minute walk to the center and a 5 minute walk to many cute cafés. Nuno and Isabel were very responsive and gave us many recommendations. They also left Portuguese coffee for us to try and it was delicious!

We had a very enjoyable stay. Everything was perfect and we would have loved to stay longer. Joyce is an excellent host and very supportive with all questions you have!

Un grand merci à Silvia pour son accueil. Appartement très bien situé à 100 mètres des deux plages de Sesimbra et avec énormément de restaurants et de petits commerces à proximité. Je recommande fortement ce logement.

We stayed at Cheng’s place during the EU wide power outage and have nothing but positive remarks to leave. He came by the evening the power went off with supplies to get us through the night and went above and beyond anything I have ever seen in an AirBnb host. Long story short, we are truly grateful for Cheng’s hospitality and thoroughly enjoyed the apartment itself - great location, modern amenities, and clean. All you can ask for!

Квартира знаходиться у дуже мальовничому місці, з якого відкривається вигляд на Назаре. Умови в квартирі - чудові. Правда сам комплекс, де квартира розміщена досить далеко від міста, то добре мати авто, щоб доїхати. Ми були взимку, то ще й з квартири спостерігали за великими хвилями. Літом буде теж чудово, бо біля квартири є басейн з виглядом на океан.

Marta’s place is in an excellent location, particularly convenient if you’re driving to Lisbon. She is personally present during check-in, making the arrival process smooth and helping you settle in quickly. As a Superhost, Marta is extremely responsive, friendly, and welcoming. If you plan to visit Sintra, direct trains are available from the nearby station (10 minutes walking), with tickets costing less than 3 euros. An Uber ride to Belém takes about 20 minutes and costs under 10 euros, while a trip to Baixa-Chiado is around 8 euros. The only downside is that the apartment is located directly under the flight path, so noise from planes taking off and landing can be quite noticeable, especially if you're a light sleeper. Overall, I highly recommend staying here!
