Our home is just 4 km south-east of the city centre, easily reached in 13 minutes by DART, a 6-minute walk to the Aviva Stadium, and 10 minutes to the RDS. Sandymount is a charming small village with restaurants, cafes, bars, pharmacies, and a supermarket. The nearby Sandymount Strand is just a 6-minute walk away.

My place is in Terenure village, (on the southside of Dublin city), bus routes, Shops eateries etc..etc. You’ll love my place, my location, the comfort, ambience and convenience. It is within 200m of Sandymount strand, 100m of Sydney Parade DART station, 10 mins from city centre, 5 mins from RDS & Aviva, Aircoach 701 stops at St Vincents Hospital on Merrion Road. This stop is a 12minute walk to the room. For the tired traveler you'll be right at home in this very quite residential location, that, complemented by black-out blinds will ensure a great night's sleep.

Bright and airy studio. Newly refurbished in April 2020. Private outdoor patio. Conveniently located to the train and bus routes getting you in to Dublin City in around 20 minutes. Very close to the coast. Lovely walks towards Howth and Portmarnock and Malahide. Please note that the studio apartment is an extension to the rear of our house, it is not accessible to the house. Access via a side lane. Studio has private patio but we do have 3 young children who sometimes use the garden.

Cosy Space at St Stephens Green

My cosy flat is the perfect space for travellers looking for a small private space. It is located in a large Georgian house with other private apartments also in the building. The house itself is quite old and a little run down but my space is renovated with all you need for a comfortable stay. St Stephens Green and Grafton Street are a 5-minute walk and Temple Bar is 20 minutes walking. Not suitable to work from home as it does not have a comfortable work space.
