Beautiful home with plenty of space around the house. We love hospitality and respect your privacy. Can be totally contactless if that is a wish, because everything is separate and has its own entrance and lockbox. House is cleaned by us according to Airbnb rules. Important due to ambiguity, we can serve/make breakfast, but this can only be done on request and costs 10 pp. The meadow opposite the front door can be used by our guests for the dogs. This is fenced, and the garden is not fenced.

A medieval castle from the 14th century is hidden in this stylish villa. The rooms are large and cozy, furnished with antiques and art, the beds are comfortable, and each room has its own bathroom. Possibly breakfast in the kitchen in the medieval vaulted cellars or on the covered terrace, lounging in the 5000 m2 garden and orchard. Read a book from the large collection of books under one of the trees, pick some fruit or drink a glass of wine on the terrace.

A unique overnight stay in a studio above the former pig barn. Boerderijstudio Lovenem is located on the first floor of the former pigsty and is therefore also called "the pigsty" for short. This old barn has its own entrance. The guesthouse consists of one large room where you can recreate, sleep and work. Boerderijstudio Lovenem is on the outskirts of the village of Leuvenheim, directly on the cycling and hiking trails of the Veluwe.

Welcome to Gruunlaand, our resting place, house and guesthouse with almost 3000m2 of land. In our barn we offer four bedrooms with 3 comfortable double beds and 2 single beds. There are four separate toilets, three bathrooms with shower, a kitchen with all the necessary appliances, and a living space that you can use to work, read and relax.

Characteristic secret annex - Space and comfort!

Our cozy, characteristic back house with an area of no less than 120m2 is part of a thatched farmhouse from 1862. It has a private entrance and plenty of privacy. There is a beautiful large living room with oak beams and loft. From here you have a magnificent wide view over the meadows behind.
