Guests have access to the kitchen & dining area, living room,laundry and free on site parking. Just over 1hr from Dublin, 30 mins to Kilkenny, Carlow and Portlaoise, 10 mins to Abbeyleix, Ballinakill, Castlecomer & Castle Durrow Hotel. This is a great base for exploring or to stay when attending weddings in local venues.

The house is spacious with the use of two living room areas (T.V. area & meditative space). Washing, Drying, and Cooking facilities available. The house is owner occupied with 2 Cavapoo dogs. Great standard of cleanliness maintained at all times with a clean as you go approach. Overall, it is a great location to escape, relax or rest.
