Ayet is a very nice and welcoming person. She was very responsive to the messages and helpful when needed. The apartment was clean and felt very homey. all needed utensils were present. there was a shopping mall in front of the appartment and it had everything needed. The neighborhood is calm and peaceful and safe. The bed was comfortable. Transportation available within 2 mins walking max, the only thing is it is a long way to paris centre it takes around 45 to 50 mins by RER D, but it is not that bad. Other than that everything was perfect, i would highly recommend.

My stay was originally planned for two months, but unfortunately, I had to leave a month earlier. The host was very helpful, always responsive and available whenever I needed assistance, for which I am truly grateful. I chose the location due to its proximity to the institute where I was doing my research internship. Evry itself doesn’t offer a wide range of venues or attractions, but thanks to the direct train connection, it’s easy to reach the centre of Paris. The apartment is part of a residential complex, and the neighbours were very kind and quiet. The place was clean and well-equipped for both short- and long-term stays. The apartment is located near a park (great for running) and close to a shopping centre, and the train station. The only minor issue I would mention is the bed, which creaked with every movement, and the mattress wasn’t very clean. I would recommend cleaning or possibly replacing it in the future. Otherwise, I was very satisfied with my stay.

Nice studio. Good value for money Very helpful host. Shopping center with good bakery within walking distance. Parking bay available for car.
