Clean, quiet, tidy house in the Earlsdon district. The house has 2 floors, and I let one of the first floor room to guests which is accessed via the stairs. Free WiFi, kettle, cups, tea/coffee in the room. The house has central heating/double glazing, and laminated floors. A small garden set with outdoor chairs and tables to use if its not raining. Guests are welcome to smoke outdoors only. Shared shower room and shared kitchen. You are welcome to cook but clean up immediately.
