Such a stunning tranquil location. Peaceful and beautiful. Everything needed for the four night stay we had but equally for a longer stay. Fitted to a high standard. Great communication from Nicola. A wonderful place to stay. Highly recommend.

Accommodation without great pretensions, but I had a pretty clear idea of ​​where I would stay, so no surprises. To improve the cleanliness, dust and cobwebs... it is not a problem for me but it may be for others. Clean and comfortable beds, clean and soft towels with a certain smell of fried food... Fantastic bar and restaurant, good and abundant food. Large terrace and parking, it is in the center of the town, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. I stayed during Tanks Trucks and Firepower, so I only needed a place to sleep, having that clear I would not mind repeating if necessary.

Zoe's place is a real gem. It is beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. The bed was super comfy. Loved the tea/coffee & especially enjoyed the cake (thank you). Zoe was easy to communicate with and was accomadating and flexiable with checking my slight change of check in time. I met with family in The Navigation pub, 5 mins down road and retuned the next day for full english breakfast before, my long drive home. The Fox Den is excellent value you for money and the parking on site is an added bonus. You can easily bus or drive into the city. Which is 10-15mins away, although ensure to double check your car registration as there are fees for higher emissions. You can check on gov site.. simply google it.

Vik and Aid's yurt is a real find - in a tranquil yet easily accessible part of a major city. A short stroll to the Hare and Hounds pub, which is a major music venue and also a warm, welcoming and friendly social hub. It's also not far from the MAC at Cannon Hill Park, for all its events and exhibitions. The yurt itself is everything it claims to be, lovingly hand made, comfy bed and sofa, and can be as warm as you like with the wood stove and backup. Close to the house, yet completely private and peaceful. Vik and Aid are interesting and lovely people, and great hosts, highly recommended!

Good and convenient stay during my work placement, nimai and anmol were quick to respond to any queries, overall had a pleasant stay at the annex.

Sophie and Joe were amazing hosts, and we enjoyed every second of it, from the welcome hamper, the cosy interior and the friendly environment! It was the perfect places to celebrate our anniversary and in a great location to feel out of the city/town and with nature but also close to Warwick town centre, Leamington spa and Stratford-apon-Avon if you were wanted to do any shopping, historic visits or go out for brunch/coffee/ or dinner! I would highly recommend them not just for the place but for the people as well!

Absolutely fantastic spot! cannot recommend enough if your travelling to visit the Triumph Factory. Linda was extremely friendly/helpful letting us store our bikes in the garage overnight. We were greeted by her son on arrival who was extremely polite and welcoming. the studio was extremely clean. I have no doubt we'll be back in a couple of years after purchasing myself triumph

Overall, our trip was lovely and peaceful! Adam and his family made sure we felt right at home and had everything we needed. Beautiful, dark bedroom, would highly recommend!

Simon was extremely friendly and welcomed us as soon as we arrived and showed us around. We could not have asked for a friendlier host. When we arrived, the house was spotless and well stocked. Simon went out of his way to check opening times of local supermarkets and give recommendations. Overall, could not fault our stay and would definitely return. Thanks guys!

The little lodge had everything we needed and was perfectly located for our planned visits to Stratford and Warwick. Nikki was very responsive without intruding on our privacy. She was particularly helpful when we had a slight issue with the heating, which she sorted for us immediately.

We had the most wonderful stay this weekend, it was a perfect half way meet for each family. Andreea was super helpful with recommendations for restaurants and directions. The guest house was stunning, we had plenty of space for 4 adults. The sun did make a slight appearance and the outside seating was very welcoming! There was everything we needed, the beds were super comfortable, the showers were powerful and the lounge area was great for us all being able to sit together. 100% recommend Andreea’s guest house and I’m sure we will be back! Thank you for having us Andreea! :)

Andrew was a fantastic host right from booking. He was responsive and helpful throughout our stay, taking the time to check us in thoroughly and always on hand. The place was pristine and very well kept. Amenities on offer were 5* so with so many thoughtful touches that added to our experience. The house itself was fully equipped, including games and arcade machine which made for lots of fun! The outdoor space was very well maintained and peaceful. Thank you for a wonderful stay! The perfect retreat for a peaceful weekend.

I had an eight-week stay in the middle of a house move and it was very modern and well-equipped, spotlessly clean with ample space and facilities. It's in a pleasant, peaceful semirural location which I knew before I chose it and road and rail connections are easily accessible as is a very decent choice of local restaurants and takeaways. There's fast fibre broadband for work or leisure, (plenty of options for streaming on the TV), good cellular reception, plus off-street parking right outside the front door. And Kerry and Declan were every bit as welcoming and helpful as others have said. Highly recommend.

Thank you I had a great stay here for 2 nights to celebrate my birthday with my friends! Really spacious and super clean! Great distance from the centre - only a £6 Uber! Son is a great host and replied to me very quickly - thank you for a great stay, I would definitely book again!

Stayed for 3 nights. Really enjoyable stay. Everything you needed. Kids loved the mezzanine. Beautiful location. Even though you are in Kevins back garden you never feel like you are. The lobin is in a secluded area and there’s plenty of space to roam with a pond and a large seating area with bbq. Perfect for an Easter Egg hunt which took the kids almost half hour ! The Lickey Hills are literally opposite the house and the location is perfect for visiting Birmingham. We will definitely book again as visit family often.

The Nook was a great stay! Extremely clean, lots of comfort, quality furnishings, peaceful and excellent self catering facilities for two people. Our hosts were so helpful and friendly and we will definitely be looking to stay at the Nook again.

We had a lovely stay at Anne and Nick's. The place is great for couples or small families. Thr kitchen is super well equipped- I wish we were staying for longer to make the most of it! we had a lovely welcome message on the wall which made my son's day and the TV has plenty apps which also made his day 😂 The only issue was the foul smell from the bathroom which opens out in to the kitchen. Overall we had a lovely stay ❤️
