I was happy here :) The UNESCO historic center is beyond the square and all possible services are under the house or within walking distance. 5 minutes from the traditional neighborhoods of Sant'Ambrogio and Santa Croce and within walking distance of the Duomo and other historical places. Well connected by bus, taxi and train (Campo di Marte Station), reachable by car and with an agreement with the nearby paid parking lot. Central but quiet, super equipped and full of beautiful energy to share.

The apartment is cozy and very bright. Completely renovated in 2019. The historic center, 4 km away, can be easily reached in 15 minutes by bus; the stop is below the house. Access and "check-in" are carried out independently by the guest without time restrictions (starting at 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival) The apartment, located on the fourth floor with elevator, consists of: kitchen, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, living room and bathroom.

Quiet and comfortable bright studio, with exclusive and covered parking space on the basement of the building, really comfortable in a city with few parking lots and all for a fee! Green area near the Lungarno gardens and the bike path. Air conditioning, Wifi. Well connected to the center, in fifteen minutes, by public transport (bus stop under the house) and five minutes from the A1 motorway toll booth of Firenze Sud.
