Just nearby Piazza dei Ciompi and 5 minutes from Santa Maria del Fiore and Santa Croce square, this historical stone-built apartment is an elegant and comfortable oasis in the heart of Florence. You can relax at home while enjoying the private garden, with jasmines, roses, hydrangeas and cammelias. You’ll love the peaceful setting in the lively area of Sant’Ambrogio, bustling with artistic and artisanal activity, and full of the sounds and smells of the local cuisine. This is one area that has maintained, still today, the ancient traditions of Tuscany. There are several traditional restaurants, local food shops and artisan products at the local market and in the shops. This 70 sqm apartment is on the ground floor of the building (just two steps to come in) and has a sweet twin/double room, one bathroom with the shower and a living room with a sofa bed. Charming Renaissance Apartment near Train Station

The guests have fully access to the whole apartment, including one master bedroom, two bathrooms, a big living room with a kitchen area and an open balcony. The guests can contact us either by Airbnb message, by text message or by email. The neighborhood and the area where is located the property is very livable and at the same time safe. It is also very close to the train station of Florence and that's why it is common that our guests approach the apartment using the train service. The flat is located in the central area of town, 10 minutes walking distant from the heart of the city.
