Loved staying at the cabin! Beautiful surroundings and had everything you need and more. We will definitely be back, hopefully for a longer stay.

Denmark Farm is a great place to stay if you're looking for some time away from everything. The rooms are neat and fashionably decorated and the surroundings are very well-kept. The facilities have everything you will need to stay on for a while except for food, which you will need to bring yourself, but there is enough fridge and freezer space to store everything and a small kitchen with an induction stove and all necessary pots, pans, and utensils to cook a meal, as well as a large braai area. The hosts are friendly and are always willing to help if you need something. I stayed for a week to dedicate time to finishing my studies, and the hosts accommodated me with much more than I asked for out of their own initiative, thanks to which I was able to get a lot of work done in a small amount of time. One thing to keep in mind is that this the farm is in the Karoo, so when it's hot, it's really hot, and it can get very cold in winter too.

Very nice secluded place to spend your time!

I felt right at home and very comfortable in this spacious unit overlooking nature (not too close to the main house, but close enough that - as a woman travelling alone - I felt safe), and was pleasantly surprised by the lovely little touches like fairy lights and creative use of farm implements as outside decor. My hosts were welcoming, friendly and proactive, and my doggo enjoyed interacting with theirs. The room had all I needed for an overnight stay, with lots of space, and I slept wonderfully. I had no problem finding the farm, and checkin/out was simple and easy. This place is definitely on my "return" list.

I loved this little piece of bliss, I can honestly say that it is one of the best places I have been to. The furnishings and bed linens are pristine, the beds are exceptionally comfortable and layered in many wonderful blankets (it was rather chilly when we were there). The kitchen is well equipped and the surroundings magnificent. I often find that dog friendly homes are a little worn in which is understandable I suppose but that is very far from the reality here. Wilhelm is an incredibly welcoming and friendly host. We just loved it and will do our best to always stay here if there is availability.
