Koelfontein is a working farm 32km from Cradock. Accommodation is in the main farm house and an outside cottage. There is a swimming pool and a large garden. It is situated in a relatively remote area and is perfect for walks, mountain biking and bird watching. There is a large dam on which you can canoe when it is full. Numerous animal species inhabit the farm and are regularly seen, including kudu, Mountain Reedbuck, steenbok, duiker and springbok. You will have the house to yourself.

It has a separate entrance and a lock up facility for your car. Ours is an old Karoo home in the centre of Cradock.

We welcome you to Glen Rock Lodge, a place to escape the chaos of the city and relax. Reconnect in one of the Eastern Cape's best kept secrets, the Baviaans River Valley. Glen Rock is 35km from Bedford, far enough from the city to switch off but close enough to amenities of Bedford.
