What a great find! Very clean and comfy. Great deck in back. We enjoyed our morning coffee w/the peaceful view and sea birds. Wonderful host. 5 stars is not enough. Also, very accessible to Uber. Perfect weekend!

What a wonderful cozy serene get away. The photos online were lovely, tasteful and welcoming, and even more so in person! I definitely recommend this adorable cottage to anyone looking peace and quiet in a cozy Cape Cod cottage with the all amenities you would need. I enjoyed the short walk to 1856 Country store up the street plus other restaurants and shopping just a short drive away. Thank you so much for everything! If it isn't over booked, I hope to be back!

This house was exactly what we were looking for! We have a 2 year old and infant so staying directly across from the beach was a dream, literally a 1 minute walk to a beautiful beach. For a small family the house was absolutely perfect! Great size bedrooms, beautiful equipped kitchen and nice size living room. The outdoor shower was the cherry on top, after wonderful sandy beach days to walk back and jump in the outdoor shower was perfect. The home also had a bunch of beach equipment, chairs, umbrella toys etc. Mike was a great host, very responsive and provided a helpful binder that included local attractions/restaurants and recommendations. The location is nearby to many eateries, markets, downtown Hyannis and short drives to other cape communities as well. A beautiful place to stay, especially if you don’t want to drive and park at the beach!
