The house is newly renovated with 4 bedrooms, 5 beds, and 2 baths, all on one level. It's equipped with central heating and cooling, so you'll be nice and comfortable. Each bedroom has a queen size bed and a smart TV. Plus, there are 2 sofa beds in the living room and a full size bed in the big room. Enjoy your stay!

STUDIO APARTMENT on lower level of house. If you desire a cozy space with a convenient 1 block walk to Sewickley Village, this is your best choice. Easy walk to everything: grocery store, restaurants, sports bar, pharmacy, shops, library, YMCA. You have the entire space to yourself. This is a LARGE 1 ROOM studio apartment in my home. Total privacy and separate entrance. The two beds are: 1 Queen bed and 1 sofa that can be used as a full size bed. NOTE: you may hear foot traffic above.

It's the size of a large room and works very well with guests that are planning to work, or go out enjoying the city and come back to a safe, clean and comfy place to recharge for the night (not suitable for kids under 10).
