A perfect place to stay for a relaxing holiday. Easy walking distance to shops and train station. It is ideal for exploring the countryside as well as the beaches.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home. It was an ideal spot from which to explore London and then relax in comfort. The local area has an assortment of pubs, cafes and restaurants, plenty to choose from. Caroline was proactive in recommendations and as a result we had a delicious meal and fab night in the Bolingbroke pub, a five minute walk from the house. We would love to return one day.

Well equipped, extremely comfortable with lots of room including two living rooms so people could do their own thing. Good position, corner shop nearby but walking distance to city centre and to also to major supermarkets. Car parking space for 3 cars was useful. Highly recommended.

Rosalind was quick to respond to all my questions and incredibly accommodating when we needed a late check out. The kitchen was well stocked and everything was easy to navigate.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay at the lodge. Beautiful space to relax. Excellent communication prior meant everything was straight forward and clear. We will likely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay over the New Year’s Eve period. The property was exactly as described, and Carina was so friendly, proactive, and quick to respond in all our communications. The area is absolutely beautiful, even in the heart of winter, and it’s conveniently close to transportation into London. If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway in a charming little property, I highly recommend this place!

We had a really lovely three night stay at the Barn House. beds were comfy, showers were great, kitchen was big and very well equipped....The games room was fabulous, if the weather had been bad we would have used it more, but as the weather was sunny we took advantage of the beautiful countryside, and had a lovely walk into Battle, about 40 minutes cross country. Sadly it was a bit cold for the swimming pond, (imho!) we weren't brave enough to have a dip, maybe when the weather warms up a bit!. Lounge area was more than ample with a huge comfy sofa....All in all, a wonderful, peaceful place, perfect for a group of friends, or family. James lives in the main house, and was available if needed, but we still felt very private. We enjoyed time in the jacuzzi looking at the stars. I highly recommend, and am so glad I chose it for my birthday celebration weekend!

Very clean cabin, some carpets etc looked brand new. Quite a roomy space, lovely decking and hot tub which we used even in awful weather. The view of the lake is lovely. Bathrooms lovely and modern, always hot water and both showers were power showers. TVs were smart TVs so we had Netflix etc available. Only downside I would say is that the hot tub is in view of the road so anyone passing by can see you. Host is very responsive and friendly!

Second time staying here. Absolutely fantastic place, and Caroline is a brilliant host. Would highly recommend.

Great modern appartment in a nice location by Battersea

We have just returned from a 4 day break at Shirley's caravan and I cannot rate it or her and Karl enough! A lovely welcome basket awaited us with some milk and a great selection of teas and coffee. Spotlessly clean, very comfortable and probably the most responsive host I've every encountered. I would give ten stars if I could!

The property was very clean and comfortable. The welcome basket of cereals and biscuits etc was a lovely touch. We paid extra for use of the full spa facilities which did not disappoint. However I will say that the waiver for/rules for the spa are quite anxiety inducing due to the strict rules regarding the pH of the pool water and fact that everybody naturally has a slightly different pH. That aside, the relaxation in the sauna & steam room were well worth it. Everyone who stayed is eager to book again so we will be back!

We were looking for a last minute break and we are SO glad we found Frankie and Jonathan’s place! It was cosy, peaceful and full of nearby woodland to walk and explore. Coming back to a toasty hot tub at the end of the day was a real highlight too! We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend to our friends and family, and would love to come back again too.

Ami greeted us as we arrived but had left clear instructions in case she wasn’t around. The cabin was better than described. A few little extras were a nice touch (cereal, porridge, crumpets, milk) plus phone chargers. Ami was very accommodating to my request for a late check out. We didn’t need it in the end but was good to have the option. Location was perfect for us. 10 minutes drive to Goodwood. 15 minutes drive to the beach for a great dog walk and under 10 minutes walk to the local pub for dinner. It’s an ideal little place for a short stay.

Clean warm and comfortable. Quiet neighbourhood which felt safe. Proper off street parking with 2car driveway. Would recommend to a friend and would use again.

I had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb in London! The location was absolutely perfect—within walking distance to two different tube stations, making it so easy to get around the city. There were also plenty of excellent restaurants and grocery stores nearby, which made everything incredibly convenient. The flat itself was comfortable and had everything I needed for my stay. Plus, the host was very responsive and always available to answer any questions I had. Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London!

This was our second stay at Maria's 70's caravan. Very cosy with beautiful views of the field opposite, this time with grazing sheep! Maria and Matt are great hosts. Highly recommend.

We had a great stay at Helen's place while viviting with friends who live in the neighborhood. We'd rent the place again, anytime. The small downtown area is within walking distance which made our stay eben more enjoyable.

We stay for two nights. Everything was according to the description. Justyna was really kind and helpful.

Sally and Josh have been welcoming and amazing hosts. We arrived late and they had stocked the fridge up with bread, milk and eggs which was so thoughtful. The annexe was ideal for my family, countryside surroundings and short drive to Godalming and getting onto the motorway. The house has a lovely, cosy feel, I enjoyed cooking as the kitchen was well equipped. A very comfortable and happy stay and will be staying again soon! Thank you both!
