Monthly Rentals in Crenshaw, Los Angeles

We stayed for ~6 weeks and loved calling it our home while in LA. It’s modern, clean, spacious with a walk-in closet! Perfect for 2. Verina (host) is responsive and accommodating, providing even a blender and coffee machine on top of the other appliance to make living here easy. We found parking on the street easily every night, just had to note the street cleaning signs. Located within walking distance to a nice coffee shop / brunch spot. Easy drive to West LA and Mid City area.

Toni is very helpful and friendly location is safe and quiet. I feel satisfied with my stay.If I come to LA again I'll stay in this condo.

The perfect stay, I can’t say enough good things. It was very clean, cozy and comfortable. Easy, private entry and very organized set up. It feels much roomier than the pictures show. Would definitely book again and highly recommend!

I was lucky enough to stay at the Winegarden Guest Cottage for 3 months. I had relocated from another state and stayed at the Airbnb while I got settled here in LA. The ADU had everything I needed for my stay. The place was incredibly clean, cozy, and functional. It’s also located in a beautiful and quiet neighborhood next to great amenities (driving or walking). Adam & Wendy were amazing hosts! They were responsive and caring. I felt safe and comfortable my entire stay. The clear communication and friendly conversations made my transition to LA the most ideal!
