If you’re coming to Lincoln for a sporting event, especially football, this is a fantastic option both in terms of cost and location, as it’s a 10 minute walk from the stadium up to the North Bottoms where this is located. With three bedrooms and the ability to sleep up to 6, the costs are really reasonable too, comparable to a one bed room at any of the hotels in downtown. Definitely would recommend - thanks Travis!

Gabriel's communication is top notch. He checked in frequently and immediately let us know when a blizzard impacted the internet and/or power. While the accommodations have all of the latest technology (smart thermostat, etc), the personal touch of Gabriel makes it perfect!

Far better value for our stay than a hotel. Competitive pricing, more privacy, and WAY more room! It was clean, quiet, and comfortable. What more can you ask for?

Jessi and Nick’s place is in the heart of the popular Dundee neighborhood - close to great restaurants, antique shops, etc., with easy access to downtown. They are great hosts and very responsive to any communication. Their place is warm and inviting with great amenities.

This place was perfect for my husband and I. It was SO adorable and VERY clean! There was always a place to park outside with just a short walk to the apartment. It’s close to many restaurants and fun places. Federico was a very responsive host and I feel like if we needed anything (we didn’t because everything was perfect) he would have helped right away. You can’t go wrong staying here!!

The stay was fantastic! The location was excellent and close to lots of shopping and dining options. Easily walkable for my in-laws with mobility issues. Angela was very open with communication and responsive to messages within minutes. No issues during our stay. Definitely recommend and will book this downtown bungalow again when traveling!

Leisa: Your place couldn't have been more perfect for me. The location was two blocks from the church I was singing in during Holy Week/Easter. The location is easy to find and easy to drive from to main shopping areas, supermarket etc. I was so very pleased upon opening the door, exploring light switches etc. It is a very beautiful space that is well planned out, though through and welcoming. Five star rating is just to begin to say how pleased I was/am and how I loved staying at your place. The breakfast burritos on Saturday Night for Easter Morning and the oranges, was just perfect for getting me up and going to 7:15 Choir call at First Plymouth and singing three Easter services. I feel like this is going to be a yearly trek for me over Holy Week/Easter. I will definitely book for 2026, God willing and it doesn't snow. ha! I also totally enjoyed seeing spring flowers, trees, tulips and daffodils. An you have the fattest Robins I have ever seen. THANK YOU!

Perfect set up for a weekend visit! Loved that we could bring the dogs too! Great location downtown, very walkable area & nice little park across the street for the dogs. Chris was good with communication & instructions. Apartment itself was clean, comfortable, and well stocked. We’ll keep this on the list for future visits!

Luke’s place is fantastic—located in a great neighborhood and conveniently close to everything. He was quick to respond and always available if anything came up. I highly recommend!

Some people have commented on this property being near a correctional facility. That has never bothered me. (The people outside are more dangerous than people inside.) ☺️ Love the walkable distance to the Orpheum, restaurants, and clubs. Adorable decor and great amenities. Plenty of extra blankets and seating. This is the second property of Dawn’s I’ve stayed in, and she’s one of my favorite hosts. Check in and checkout are great; plenty of parking.

Had a wonderful Winter girls weekend at a central location for us with everything we needed! Tastefully decorated and plenty of bed space. Full kitchen allowed us to cook and was well stocked. Area was very nice with friendly businesses and fun shops. Would stay here again!

Cindy's place is a wonderful little getaway just right for two people. For a great price, once again we got an entire private living space complete with living room and kitchen. This time we noticed that there was a jar of teas available in addition to fruit and were able to have a nice hot cup of tea. We had a bit of confusion about checking in, but Cindy was accommodating and let us in. We are very pleased with our stay.

This is a very comfortable space. It is large with plenty of space to spread out. The bed is really nice to get some good sleep!! Thank you for allowing me to visit :)

Jacki was a very gracious host. She was friendly and always willing to accommodate any request. The house was warm and comfy and very inviting. Location was close to a large park and several dining places and coffee. I would definitely recommend Jacki and her quaint little house to anyone.

Kristen is a perfect hostess and her home is just what we look for when we travel. It's clean, quiet/ peaceful, close to Beatrice (and every thing this great town has to offer), but it's in the country with spectacular views. A person can easily walk or cycle to the Homestead trail and either go to town and beyond or go the other way towards Lincoln. Kirsten is thoughtful of making her guests feel at home. You may arrive as a stranger, but you'll leave as friends.

Good location and good communication from the host. Cool bars close by and good food.
