The apartment or holiday house, which we named "BEe in foREST", is located at the end of the village of Klenik near Pivka on the outskirts of Natura 2000, in the lap of nature, with which we are closely connected. It is made of mostly natural materials. The ground floor of the house, along with the bathroom, is accessible and adapted for people with disabilities. From the ground floor, you climb the wooden staircase to the attic, which, in addition to the bedroom with a balcony and a view of the meadows, also offers a sauna and a bathtub for additional relaxation.

Hiša Manira – a unique apartment in the heart of the Vipava Valley, is a unique artistic accommodation in the historic village of Vipavski Križ. This carefully restored, over 500-year-old stone house combines traditional architecture with modern elegance and an artistic touch. Every corner of the house is adorned with works by Slovenian artists, which you can also buy and take with you as a lasting memory. Stunning, over 100 years old stone barn, meticulously renovated, furnished with vintage pieces, located in a peaceful village in the middle of the upcoming Slovenian wine region. The fully furnished kitchen with all amenities and dining table area is located at the entrance, while the sleeping premises (one queen size bed and day-bed sofa for 2 and bathroom with a bathtub are on the upper level in an open-space attic. Located among vineyards and the sounds of nature, the Saxida Estate offers a charming setting where you can leave your everyday worries behind. The bungalows are surrounded by large green spaces, while the children’s play area, a pool and an outdoor gym are close by and free to use. There is a restaurat serving local food on the place, reservation for the dinner is requested. In the mornings breakfast is available upon reservation. The highlight of the house is the scenic hot tub located on the terrace. We fill the tub with clean water from a mountain spring every time

Vipava View Studio Apartment with private terrace

Vanaf ons huis, gelegen op een heuvel aan de rand van het dorp, kijk je uit over de prachtige vallei en kun je genieten van de rust en de natuur. De studio appartementen zijn gelegen in de Vipava Vallei, dicht bij de kust in het westen van Slovenië. We hebben hier ons droomhuis gerenoveerd en er in 2025 twee studio appartementen gerealiseerd. Vanuit jouw appartement loop je zo het Natura2000 Trnovo gebied in, maar ook het dorp is dichtbij voor een supermarkt of een drankje.

Cottage NA BIRU 1 by the Soca River

The Cottage Na Biru has one of the prettiest locations in the Soča valley. Undearneath mount Mrzli vrh and very close to our emerald Soca River on the edge of Gabrje village you will find a perfect spot for quiet or active holidays. There's tourist tax you have to pay at the arrival: 2 €/adult/day and 1 € for children between 7 and 18/day. There's one double and two single beds upstairs and a sofa in the living room, which means 5 people maximum. We can add a baby cot.
