Very nice and very clean accommodation in a great location right on the sea. Fantastic! Quirico responded very quickly and nicely. I really recommend it, happy to come again!

We really enjoyed our time in the house and the village. It is a beautiful house carefully and beautiful renovated! There are various lovely rooms with different atmospheres to spent the day, relaxing, reading, eating etc. The roof terrace is a lovely place to have an aperitif in the evening and the courtyard/garden is wonderful location to have dinner. The living room is great for reading or watching a movie with the presenter! The kitchen is perfectly equipped. It is a pleasure to cook and bake there! Massimiliano was always very helpful and gave us great recommendation for visits in the surrounding, restaurants and beaches. We can highly recommend this house and the people who care of it! We will definitely come back!!!

Quiet place, house as pictured with everything you need, there is also a dishwasher, air conditioning for a totally relaxing vacation, close to TOP restaurants if you want fun evenings, just go to SOVERATO....in 15 minutes by car there is all the fun you want, beautiful promenade, but if you are looking for tranquility... peace and beautiful sea, I recommend... Isabella's house is a guarantee, thanks for everything we will definitely come back..

The welcome of Francesca and her family made us feel at home, they thought to welcome even our little dogs! The accommodation is taken care of in every detail and is in a very quiet area close to the sea. Highly recommended!

Such a cute apartment in a really old hilltop town. If you want to experience local culture, this is the place to be. A lot of the locals spoke German which helped us to communicate! But generally there are not many attractions nearby. If you want a place to chill out and wind down with a beautiful view, this the place. Eleonora put a lot of attention into detail and even left us snacks. The access was quite difficult with very skinny streets, but we saw it as an adventure! There are restaurant in the town down the hill which are quite good.

Thanks also for helping us when, as soon as we arrived, the car battery left us! Beautiful beaches a few km away, lots of peace and the town of Botricello is well supplied with everything. Beautiful views of the bay and cliffs! Easy communication with Salvatore who welcomes you at the property and provides a full guide with places to eat and things to do in the area. The property is in a quiet area not far from everything you need. We choose to spend our 2 night stay taking the short walk to the private residential beach and enjoying the day/night views from every corner of the house! We had a really great stay! The place is similar to the pictures and description. The absolute highlight is really the roof terrace and its own access to the beach. Upon our arrival, a small cosmetic package and chilled water awaited us. There was also nothing missing to shape your everyday life. Next to the property, the service is absolutely amazing. Not only did our host get a rental car ready for us at the airport 15 hours before arrival, but also repaired the coffee machine before arrival. Even with questions during the stay, this was always responsive. Early check-in and late check-out were also possible. Thank you so much, happy to come back! :-)

Our family of 4, including our son and daughter of 20 and 23 years, stayed at Villagio Alemia for more than 1 week. The place is very beautiful, clean, well equipped and with a nice atmosphere. We asked for a few extra items for the kitchen which were rapidly provided. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful and very well kept. The beach is very nice, not too busy and within walking distance. The place offers sport activities, activities for children and entertainment in the evening for children and adults. We had a wonderful and relaxing time!

First experience with AirB&B and I couldn't have started better. The very clean property is very tidy and has the strong point of the very comfortable garden and swimming pool that make the stay very relaxing. Perfect also because I had a medium-large dog. The friendly and helpful owners were always able to respond to my needs. The location is strategic, even if you need the car, the center or commercial activities are close. The area is quiet. I highly recommend it.

Loved our stay so much that we extended. Only thing that I guess I didnt realize before booking was that the main big bed is in the living room. (Other two twin beds in the bedroom). We were 2 adults 3 children and it was a bit tight but we were cozy. Also no wifi which I didnt look closely enough for, but other than that it was nice. Would book again.

This property is beautiful. It is located in a very nice and quiet residence. The house has a parking space, small garden and is located on two floors. It is well furnished, extra clean and relaxing. The famous Caminia beach is a few minutes away by car. I don't recommend walking there because of the distance and the steep climbs. Patrizia is a present and considerate Host! Highly recommended!

We stayed at Marco's place for 11 days and immediately felt like home. The accommodation is just renovated, complete with all the amenities, the location is spectacular because it is a stone's throw from the Aragonese Castle, downtown, the beach. We were also lucky enough to always be able to park the car in front of the house. Marco and his parents are very helpful, friendly, kind people, and we really felt comfortable right away. Super recommended accommodation for location, comfort and above all for the owners!

Massimo is a very welcoming host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The Appartement is small but contains everything you need for cooking and was super clean. The area is very beautiful and the forests are serene. It is the perfect spot for going on hikes and longer daytrips. We had a great stay!

Villa Raffaele's Scirocco apartment comes exactly as the description and the photos available on the Airbnb page. The amenities are operational both in the kitchen, bathroom and living room. The air conditioning allows, at certain times of the day, to cool the air and thus be able to rest without suffering from the heat. The rooms are very nice and quiet, the kitchen offers cooking and food preservation opportunities, like at home. The views of the terrace, or the rooftop of the villa are beautiful, and we loved getting up in the morning facing the bright blue Ionian sea. It's a great place to recharge peacefully, away from the urban hustle and bustle, in a splendid setting. Access to the sea can be done on foot, crossing a small tunnel under the road, in less than 15 minutes. Nearby businesses, especially on the Botricello side, are plentiful and offer all kinds of food.

Ideal apartment with very modern furnishings and all of the conveniences I could ever imagine needing. A big plus for the traveler is the washing machine that also functions as a drier - extremely useful. Overall a great place for short or long-term stays. Nearby street parking was always easy to find. From our perspective the apartment is in an ideal location in the city of Crotone: it is at the extreme north end of the public seaside walkway, which we found the most enjoyable part of the city to spend time in. It is worth being aware that the apartment itself is in the corner of a building on ground level next to small streets that are busy with pedestrian and vehicular traffic; there is no private outdoor space, and for security reasons guests will want to keep their frosted windows or window shutters closed (louvres open if one likes) for security reasons.

We gladly returned to Alessandro. Hosts who are always available, friendly, and responsive. The building boasts a strategic location (a stone's throw from the main street, but at the same time sheltered and quiet) and well divided and comfortable spaces even for 4 people. Some small improvements, already suggested, would, however, be useful to enhance it without distorting the rustic style that distinguishes it. The availability of essential amenities (pillowcases, sheets and towels), which not everyone offers in the area is very appreciated.

We had a great time, the environment is small but well organized, you can see that it has been recently renovated. The area is very quiet and easily accessible.
