Sehr schöne und sehr saubere Unterkunft in einer super Lage direkt am Meer. Traumhaft! Quirico hat sehr schnell und nett geantwortet. Kann ich wirklich nur empfehlen, gerne wieder!

We really enjoyed our time in the house and the village. It is a beautiful house carefully and beautiful renovated! There are various lovely rooms with different atmospheres to spent the day, relaxing, reading, eating etc. The roof terrace is a lovely place to have an aperitif in the evening and the courtyard/garden is wonderful location to have dinner. The living room is great for reading or watching a movie with the presenter! The kitchen is perfectly equipped. It is a pleasure to cook and bake there! Massimiliano was always very helpful and gave us great recommendation for visits in the surrounding, restaurants and beaches. We can highly recommend this house and the people who care of it! We will definitely come back!!!

Posto tranquillo casa come foto con tutto il dispensabile c'è pure la lavastoviglie aria condizionata per una vacanza di totale relax vicino a ristoranti TOP se volete serate da divertirsi basta spostarsi a SOVERATO....in 15 minuti auto c'è tutto il divertimento che si vuole lungomare bellissimo ma se cerchi tranquillita'.. pace e mare bello consiglio ..casa di isabella è una garanzia grazie di tutto torneremo sicuramente ..

L’accoglienza di Francesca e della sua famiglia ci ha fatti sentire come a casa, hanno pensato a dare il benvenuto perfino ai nostri cagnolini! L’alloggio é curato in ogni dettaglio e si trova in una zona molto tranquilla a due passi dal mare. Consigliatissimo!

Such a cute apartment in a really old hilltop town. If you want to experience local culture, this is the place to be. A lot of the locals spoke German which helped us to communicate! But generally there are not many attractions nearby. If you want a place to chill out and wind down with a beautiful view, this the place. Eleonora put a lot of attention into detail and even left us snacks. The access was quite difficult with very skinny streets, but we saw it as an adventure! There are restaurant in the town down the hill which are quite good.

Grazie anche per averci aiutato quando, appena arrivati, la batteria dell’auto ci ha abbandonati! Bellissime spiagge a pochi km, tanta pace e il paese di Botricello è ben fornito di tutto. Speriamo di ritornare presto!

Beautiful views of the bay and cliffs! Easy communication with Salvatore who welcomes you at the property and provides a full guide with places to eat and things to do in the area. The property is in a quiet area not far from everything you need. We choose to spend our 2 night stay taking the short walk to the private residential beach and enjoying the day/night views from every corner of the house! An unforgettable stay and would definitely go back! Thank you for sharing your lovely place Salvatore.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt! Die Unterkunft gleicht den Bildern und der Beschreibung. Das absolute Highlight ist wirklich die Dachterasse und der eigene Zugang zum Strand. Bei unserer Ankunft erwartete uns ein kleines Kosmetik-Paket und gekühltes Wasser. Auch sonst hat es an nichts gefehlt, um seinen Alltag zu gestalten. Neben der Unterkunft ist der Service der absolute Wahnsinn. Nicht nur hat unser Host 15 Stunden vor Anreise einen Mietwagen abholbereit am Flughafen für uns besorgt, sondern auch vor Anreise die Kaffeemaschine repariert. Auch bei Fragen während des Aufenthaltes war dieser immer ansprechbar. Auch ein Early-Check-In und ein Late-Check-Out waren problemlos möglich. Vielen vielen Dank, gerne wieder! :-)

Our family of 4, including our son and daughter of 20 and 23 years, stayed at Villagio Alemia for more than 1 week. The place is very beautiful, clean, well equipped and with a nice atmosphere. We asked for a few extra items for the kitchen which were rapidly provided. Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. The pool is beautiful and very well kept. The beach is very nice, not too busy and within walking distance. The place offers sport activities, activities for children and entertainment in the evening for children and adults. We had a wonderful and relaxing time!

Wir hatten ein ganz tolles Mädelswochenende und konnten die Zeit in vollen zügen genießen. Wir wurden vom Flughafen abgeholt und hatten zusätzlich einen kleinen Mietwagen, um kleinere Besorgungen vor Ort zu erledigen. Der Ausblick und der Pool mit Poolhaus ist einfach perfekt. Wer gerne viel Schatten haben möchte, sollte sich jedoch gut ausstatten, da man direkt am Pool keinen Schatten findet.

Antonello and his companion were very friendly hosts. We could always ask them for help and tipps. The pool and the view is wonderful!

Prima esperienza con AirB&B e non potevo iniziare meglio. La struttura pulitissima è molto ordinata ha il punto forte nel comodissimo giardino e piscina che rendono il soggiorno molto rilassante. Perfetta anche perché avevo un cane di taglia medio-grande. I proprietari simpatici e disponibili hanno saputo rispondere sempre alle mie esigenze. L’ ubicazione è strategica, anche se si ha bisogno della macchia, il centro o le attività commerciali sono vicine. La zona è tranquilla. Io la consiglio vivamente

Sebbene avessimo effettuato la prenotazione solo la sera prima Jenny è stata pressoché immediata nel risponderci e a fornirci tutte le indicazioni necessarie per accedere alla struttura anche in autonomia. L'appartamento ha tutto (e di più) di ciò che è necessario per una vacanza rilassante; è posto al piano terra ed è possibile parcheggiare l'auto realmente a 10mt dalla porta d'ingresso per cui il quotidiano carico/scarico ad esempio di tutto il necessario per andare al mare è stato comodossimo (sempre se non si voglia andare a piedi nella bellissima spiaggia di fronte a 200mt!). Noi abbiamo usato la cucina solo un paio di volte preferendo sperimentare i gusti locali, ma assieme al frigorifero "vero", sono tutti complementi che si nota scelti anche per il proprio uso per cui di qualità! Host disponibilissimo e attento. La casa corrispondeva alla descrizione. Zona ben servita e buona posizione per raggiungere altre spiagge e anche monti. Consigliatissimo!! Grazie ad Ugo e alla sua famiglia x la disponibilità!!!

Siamo stati accolti dalla sorella di Rocco, Raffaella, che ci ha fatto dono di biscotti fatti in casa e liquore al bergamotto, un gesto molto apprezzato. La casa è grande e piena di oggetti che rimandano al passato. La zona è comodissima, 15-20 minuti a piedi dal mare e a 5 minuti a piedi da ristoranti, un ottimo bar-pasticceria, una gastronomia e un negozio di alimentari con prodotti locali. Con pochi minuti di macchina si raggiungono i deliziosi paesini limitrofi, a circa 15 minuti vi è Soverato e a una mezz'oretta Catanzaro (entrambi valgono una visita!). Il paese di Sant'Andrea Apostolo Marina è tranquillo, ma accogliente, ideale per famiglie. Esperienza molto positiva!

Questa struttura è stupenda. Si trova all’interno dì un residence molto bello e tranquillo. La casa ha un posto auto, piccolo giardino ed è dislocato su due piani. È ben arredata, pulitissima e confortevole. La famosa spiaggia dì Caminia è a pochi minuti dì auto. Non consiglio dì andarci a piedi per la distanza e le salite abbastanza ripide. Patrizia è una Host presente e premurosa! Super consigliata!

Abbiamo soggiornato per 11 giorni nell'alloggio di Marco e ci siamo sentiti immediatamente come a casa. L'alloggio è appena ristrutturato, completo di tutti i servizi, la posizione è spettacolare perché a due passi dal Castello Aragonese, dal centro, dalla spiaggia. Abbiamo anche avuto la fortuna di poter parcheggiare sempre la macchina davanti a casa. Marco e i suoi genitori sono persone disponiblissime, cordiali, gentili, ci siamo davvero sentiti subito a nostro agio. Alloggio super consigliato per posizione, confort e soprattutto per i proprietari!

Massimo is a very welcoming host. He made sure that we had everything we needed. The Appartement is small but contains everything you need for cooking and was super clean. The area is very beautiful and the forests are serene. It is the perfect spot for going on hikes and longer daytrips. We had a great stay!

L'appartement Scirocco de la villa Raffaele se présente exactement comme sur le descriptif et les photos disponibles sur le page Airbnb. Les équipements sont opérationnels tant au niveau de la cuisine, de la salle de bain qu'au salon. La climatisation permet, à certains moments de la journée de rafraîchir l'air et ainsi de pouvoir se reposer sans souffrir de la chaleur. Les chambres sont très agréables et au calme, la cuisine offre des possibilités de cuisson et de conservation des aliments, comme à la maison. La vue sur la terrasse, ou sur le toit de la villa est magnifique, et nous avons adoré nous lever le matin face à la mer ionienne d'un bleu éclatant. C'est un endroit idéal pour se ressourcer paisiblement, à l'écart de l'agitation urbaine, dans un cadre splendide. L'accès à la mer peut se faire à pied, en traversant un petit tunnel sous la route, en moins de 15 minutes. Les commerces à proximité, surtout du côté de Botricello, sont nombreux et proposent toutes sortes de denrées.

Ideal apartment with very modern furnishings and all of the conveniences I could ever imagine needing. A big plus for the traveler is the washing machine that also functions as a drier - extremely useful. Overall a great place for short or long-term stays. Nearby street parking was always easy to find. From our perspective the apartment is in an ideal location in the city of Crotone: it is at the extreme north end of the public seaside walkway, which we found the most enjoyable part of the city to spend time in. It is worth being aware that the apartment itself is in the corner of a building on ground level next to small streets that are busy with pedestrian and vehicular traffic; there is no private outdoor space, and for security reasons guests will want to keep their frosted windows or window shutters closed (louvres open if one likes) for security reasons.

Siamo tornati con piacere da Alessandro. Host sempre disponibili, gentili e pronti nelle risposte. L'immobile vanta una posizione strategica (a due passi dalla via principale, ma al contempo riparata e tranquilla) e spazi ben divisi e comodi anche per 4 persone. Alcune piccole migliorie, già suggerite, sarebbero tuttavia utili per valorizzarlo senza snaturarne lo stile rustico che lo contraddistingue. Apprezzatissima la disponibilità dei servizi essenziali (federe, lenzuola e asciugamani), che non tutti offrono in zona.

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, l'ambiente è piccolo ma ben organizzato, si vede che è stato ristrutturato da poco. La zona è molto tranquilla e facilmente raggiungibile.
