The bathroom has a walk-in shower, large vanity mirror, & all the needed bathroom accessories. Full kitchenette w/ microwave, dual burner, air fryer, tea kettle, coffee maker, & more. Owner lives on property.

Escape to our 3/1 pool house on Avery bayou with dock. Bring your boat or have a local captain meet you at the dock for some great fishing! We have a beautiful tiki hut to enjoy the Gulf breeze. This charming retreat offers a cozy interior, fully equipped kitchen, and a private pool. *Hurricane damage outside is present in some areas* portable AC unit in one room and waterfall/pool lights were destroyed in hurricane and do not work at the moment
