The Rózsafaház is a modernized alpine chalet on the Szabó Hill in Kőszeg, in the area of the Írottkő Nature Park, which can be reached by asphalt and forest roads. The house is surrounded by a forest garden, where the green area is well-kept, a garden barbecue clearing, and a playground are available. The building has a panoramic terrace with great views of Transdanubia and the Kőszeg Mountains. The house consists of a kitchen-dining-bedroom (with fireplace) and a bathroom with shower, and upstairs there is a sleeping gallery.

An old row of horse chestnut trees leads to Lipót, where our guest house, which opened last year, awaits its guests. Next to the chestnut tree line, our cottage, a cat hopper from the Lipót Thermal Bath, and close to Morotva Lake, which is famous for its rich bird life. Get around Island, Lipót is a great place to start! For this, we provide you with 4 bicycles - free of charge. Or just relax on the terrace or in the garden hot tub! Try the grill! On hot summer days, a garden pool can bring relief. (Ø 3.6 m)

Bükfalva NP15 Apartment

The Bükfalva NP15 apartment is a popular guesthouse-style apartment accommodation in Bük, ideal for a getaway with family or friends, and located just a few minutes by car from the thermal baths. The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with appliances (dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, electric stove, and oven). The dining room has a separate exit to the terrace, which makes the dining area feel even more spacious. Each of the three 120-square-metre, three-bedroom apartments has its own bathroom.

At the property boundary, the National Park area begins with a great view of the National Park, the surrounding towns of Apetlon, Illmitz, Rust, Mörbisch and Fertörakos, and in the distance you can see the Schneeberg on clear days. A diverse bird and animal world is preserved here. Greylag geese, cranes, storks and silver herons and red deer are part of the seasonal daily routine here.

Our house in the middle of orchards, vineyards, fields offers a quiet, retreatable place where you don't have to give up modern and refined comfort. The landscape shows a different face in every season, the house can be booked all year round. If you just want peace and quiet, you don't even have to move, the sun goes around the building, you can admire the beauty of the area, the view. We can only accommodate 2 people in our house, we are unable to accommodate children (0-16 years)
