Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Cuba

Thank you for your hospitality! I had a wonderful 8 days. The room is located within walking distance from the Old Town and Malecon street. The room was kept clean every day and breakfasts were very good. The host family was kind and friendly. I hope to stay there again.

Fernando welcomed us that great! From 10 am he allowed us to check in, which was very good because we arrived early. He gave us good tips and left us with all the possible references. Luckily we didn't need more so we didn't talk again until we left 3 days later, where he was just as kind. The place is in a very good area (Vedado) from which you can easily walk to many attractions. It's still two blocks from 23rd Street where transportation is taken to go to the Nuevo Vedado area or others. To go to Old Havana you need a taxi (or at least we take a taxi). Everything very clean and well tidy If I went again, I would have it as a first choice :)

I was so impressed by how she took care of everything and answered all my questions. I really enjoyed the breakfasts and my girlfriend loved the place also. I will definitely use her place in the future. All the amenities. always had power and air-conditioning which is a must in cuba. Everything was within walking distance and I loved walking on the malecon. Thank you so much. Andy

An incomparable stay at this casa. A great vacation home (even after we were there and could see the difference from other homes there). Only a few steps to the great beach. Absolutely great service from Marlene and her many staff there. A great breakfast, bicycles if needed and at no extra cost, always an open ear for a question or nice conversation. And infinitely helpful. We did not experience a supply shortage there (and we were there 5 days). Neither electricity nor water or food at Marlene's or the local restaurants. Only the WiFi in Cuba leaves something to be desired. But it's also supposed to be a vacation... ;-)

Tamara’s place is a hidden gem! She is the absolute best host and went above and beyond to help us when we dealt with some major flight delays and airline issues. Her kindness and flexibility saved our entire trip. Tamara had the best recommendations and was always quick to respond if we needed something throughout our stay. She arranged a taxi from and to the airport for us and the check-in and check-out processes were smooth and simple. The apartment is very centrally located within walking distance of everything we wanted to see and do in Havana. It’s clean, spacious, comfortable and safe. We are SO happy we stayed at Tamara’s and can’t recommend it enough.

Location is very central and perfect if you want to explore all of Havana. Neighbourhood is local, not touristy, but you can get a wifi card just 2 blocks away. Oleidis, and English-speaking Mauricio, were fantastic and accommodating hosts (as was Alexis, who handled all the messages on the app prior to arrival)! There was an issue where the water got turned off accidentally and she resolved it and all was well. They picked me up (with a taxi (for 30CUC)) at the airport and dropped me off which made for smooth check-in and check-out. Mauricio was a helpful guide for day 1 and the available breakfast was an easy simple start to the day. These accommodations are simple. Don’t expect bells and whistles or anything fancy. The A/C works, the water runs, a small towel is provided, the bed is comfy, the apartment is as clean as can be expected, and the filtered water dispenser never ran out. Wifi in Cuba is a strange animal and it wasn’t working at the apartment during my stay, but the nearby park sufficed. Oleidis and Mauricio (and nearly all Cubans I met!) are very sweet and warm and friendly people.

the best place to stay in old habana

Yanet the attendant went out of her way to make sure that the group were feeling comfortable, she was very friendly, courteous and efficient. We had a great time. Solinos is highly recommended. Will do it again next year. Thank you for all you did for the entire group!

We made a 1 week trip to Cuba with a group of 8 men and rented the entire apartment (aka Plaza Vieja boutique hotel). Stefano was super helpful and he also runs a local travel agency (HC Tours) that organised a day trip to Vinales and a 3 day tour to the Bay of Pigs, Cienfuegos and Trinidad for us with an excellent and fun guide (ask for Rocio). One stop shopping that makes organizing a visit to Cuba so much easier and comfortable! The apartment is beautifully renovated and conveniently located in the old city centre. Rooms are spacious and definitely 5 star level with great beds and bathrooms. Reception, kitchen and cleaning staff are all very friendly and helpful. The place to stay when visiting Havana!

Charming brutalist rooftop apartment overlooking the Malecon! Convenient central location for exploring various neighborhoods, barely a 5 minute walk from Hotel Nacional. The hosts are lovely and the breakfast was excellent!

First time in Cuba and first stop was Havana. Excellent stay, rich breakfast with scrambled eggs and fresh fruits and juices. Yaniet, every time I saw us I was asking about how we felt and if we needed anything. 3 clean bedrooms and the possibility of cooking but we didn't use it. The terrace could you enjoy having something if you wanted, everything was great. Thank you for your hospitality! Highly recommended

Very clean and well mantained appartment.

The apartment is very well located in a very exclusive area of the city, very nice and very comfortable, my family and I love the apartment, without a doubt we will book again

Cuba is very complicated, to the left when you walk outside is completely different world to the right side of this location which makes it the perfect location to explore and experience all of Havana. the apartment itself is very safe on the 2nd floor with probably the only building wth an elevator which helps if you have few luggage . The bedrooms have air-conditioning and windows and nice balcony looking over the park to have your morning coffee. I don't think there's a better place to stay in Havana. Mary and her husband greeted us when we arrived and explained everything to make our stay pleasant. it was a pleasure meeting them and staying in their apartment. I would highly recommend this place to everyone.

The accommodation of Michel & Miguel exceeded all expectations positively. Our check in took place in the early hours and they were extremely receptive, kind and proactive. The site is very clean, wide, ventilated, sunny, and has everything our stay needed. The location is wonderful to do most of the walking routes! It is close to good restaurants, craft trade, bookstore, historical spots, and taxi stand. We recommend with your eyes closed to Havana!

I am very glad I stayed at Elena's place. They were extremely helpful and when there was no electricity or water in the country, they brought me a flashlight. Additionally, I had the luxury of having free water of the best quality as they brought me containers with water from a water well they said they have in their home. Also, and since the apartment is on the second floor on a building at about 2 blocks from the ocean, there is always a nice breeze. The location is perfect as it is close to Palacio de Convenciones (15-minute walk), and also near the Nautico (a place where there is a very nice and sandy beach!). There is also very nearby the bus stop for the Tourist Havana buses. These go downtown and the price is better (10 dollars) than paying for taxis. All and all, I had a very nice stay at Elena's place. So, many thanks Elena and David!

Everything is very good with Raul's apartment, a cleaning service is also offered and everyone is very available to provide useful information for a pleasant stay. Highly recommended

This is my second time staying here, and I always choose this place whenever I visit Havana. The apartment is in excellent condition—clean, tidy, and fully equipped with everything you need. The hosts are incredibly friendly and genuinely care about running this Airbnb. They go above and beyond to provide assistance. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Havana!
