Monthly Rentals in Cuchara

The house was clean and well kept and looks as the pictures show. Cuchara and La Vita have the small town charm with lots of outdoor activities such as hiking, sledding, beautiful drives with abundant wildlife. I will definitely stay again if in the area.

First of all, Daniela was an exceptional host! She was extremely kind, gracious, and responsive during our entire stay. Best host we have ever encountered! As for the cabin…simply AMAZING!! It was impeccably clean and well stocked (they thought of everything). If you arrived with only the clothes on your back you would be more than comfortable 🙂 The view is spectacular, one of a kind! There are hiking trails nearby and the walk into the quaint town center was enjoyable. The town center has a park, tennis courts, small basketball court, and playground for guests with children. There are also a few restaurants, to include a dog-friendly one, and a country store. You WILL NOT find a better place to stay in the entire area; WE WILL BE BACK😉 Thank you to our gracious hosts for a truly wonderful stay!!

Nice little spot, quiet neighborhood with beautiful views. Host was super responsive and helpful. Appreciated the metal baby gates you can put in place for both upstairs and downstairs because we had a toddler. Overall, place was really clean as well, comfortable beds. Would definitely stay again.
