We stayed for 10 days. The house is beautifully located with a large garden and great views. Description was highly accurate. What stood out on top of the house was James' and Federica's proactive communication and high responsiveness including tips to navigate / explore the area. I can highly recommend!

We stayed at Iole's place for a week and felt very comfortable. You could reach many beautiful surrounding places and beaches by car in 15-30 minutes. Iole is very friendly and also recommended beautiful beaches to us. The place was very clean and the kitchen was very well equipped for cooking. Thank you!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful home in Arzachena! The highlight is definitely the huge, well-kept garden – perfect for relaxing, reading or just enjoying the tranquility. The kitchen is a dream: modern, well equipped and ideal if you want to cook for yourself. We also didn't miss anything else – everything was very clean, well organized and lovingly furnished. The bathroom was also super nice. The location is very quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of Palau, Porto Cervo & Olbia. A mandatory requirement is a rental car. But that's what makes you still well connected for excursions to the Costa Smeralda. Clear recommendation – we will be happy to come back!
