Vacation rentals with a patio in Cuenca

It was an excellent stay! Luis was always aware of the questions via chat. The security personnel are very friendly and are aware of any questions or suggestions. The apartment is very nice and spacious, comfortable, comfortable. Only comment is that the weekend very early in the morning there was noise from a repair from another apartment. The access to the parking lot if your car is large is a little narrow but with the help of the guard you can park very well.

Really awesome this Airbnb! Everything is perfectly designed, the bathroom is unreal, from the shower to the sink, 🤯 the kitchen and the bed. A really perfect stay 🤩

A nice place to rest if you want peace and quiet. Although if you want movement, it is close to malles, downtown or Turi by car 12min. Easy to tour, very safe place, quiet neighborhood, tentitas nearby and up to a health center. Mrs. ANA who welcomes you is very kind, even the dogs in the area are friendly (I love the animals🥰). Don Richard is very attentive and quick to respond. We had a great time, relaxed, happy with the good atmosphere. Everything was as described in the listing. It has all the comforts of a pleasant stay.

I had the opportunity to stay at Airbnb on April 4, 2025 and it was a really enjoyable experience. What I liked the most was its excellent location, which greatly facilitated our travels and allowed us to enjoy the surroundings to the fullest. The place was very well cared for, clean and with all the amenities needed for a comfortable stay. The communication with the host was quick and cordial, which made the whole process very easy. I would definitely recommend the airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located place for their next getaway. I would definitely stay there again!

the truth and serve I always go to Cuenca because the family of wife and she are from there, the depar was incredible, the area is perfect! you have everything nearby and if you travel by bus or something you are 5 or 7 minutes walking, Christian was incredible! the privacy and tranquility was perfect! to get anywhere this one but to the hair!

It was enchanted and I highly recommend! The place is very nice, comfortable and cozy. I am very grateful to Verónica and her family for all their help in the stay and with the activities we could do and with the welcome detail. I definitely recommend it, it's very close to downtown. I went with my family and we were all fascinated by the wonderful attention and location of the place. I would be back in another time.

Mónica’s place was a great last minute find, she communicated immediately and helped us check in earlier than usual.

We thoroughly enjoyed this stunning apartment. It is in an ideal location for exploring Cuenca. Though on a busy street, the bedrooms are quiet. And the fully-sticked kitchen makes cooking a breeze. It is on the 4th floor and the service elevator is not working so prepare your lungs for the altitude and your legs for the climb! There are at least 30 restaurants within a 10 minute walk as well as a large market. It is an easy walk to the historic center. And there are six museums on the same street. There were a few electrical system interruptions--management did a great job communicating with us about them. We definitely plan to return.

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, we were always in contact with the hosts, nice and quiet place, definitely recommended.

The wonderful place. Clean, tidy and super cozy and comfortable. The location is perfect since it's close to plenty of tourist spots, bars, and restaurants. The host was always attentive and concerned that our stay is wonderful.

My family is delighted with the place, they have a welcome gift, the modern facilities and everything is very clean, my daughter asked me to return every time we visit Cuenca :)

It was a very nice stay. The apartment is very comfortable and well furnished. The kitchen has everything you need if you want to make meals at home. Irma is responsive and helpful.

We stayed at this Airbnb located within a hotel in Cuenca for one night, and it was perfect for our quick stop. We arrived after hours and really appreciated how secure everything was. The gated parking garage gave us peace of mind about leaving our car overnight. When we arrived, the on-site security was incredibly helpful and friendly, assisting us with check-in and making sure we were comfortable. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for our stay, including a fridge and a private bathroom. Even though our stay was short, everything was smooth and convenient. We felt safe and well taken care of—definitely recommend for anyone needing a comfortable and secure place to stay in Cuenca!
