Communication with Natalia was great, she looked out for us, she quickly resolved anything that came up. The house has a beautiful view, the porch area, the pool a pass, always clean and big. The interior with many rooms, all with air conditioning although the house is fresh and not necessary, the only thing in our opinion is that there were too many personal items, but well, there were many kitchen utensils and we managed well. A mention of Gunther, lovely.

The house is very good, just like in the photos, the heating and the wood stove are great, the village is very quiet and Mariano's hospitality is unsurpassed, he was always attentive to us, recommending places and places to eat. I recommend it The only catch is that there's only one bathroom for such a big house.

We spent 4 marvellous days in Casa del Norte, in Tragacete. The house is amazing, so cozy, and with everything you could need for your stay. Elena help us a lot to find very nice trekking trails near starting in the same village, and others far away. We loved to explore the area and return at night to out house with the wood stove (plenty of wood for us). Elena took care of everything, and made us feel like at home. I think they are a 5 stars hosts.

Very good apartment the truth! I was looking for a good apartment with good views in the basin and it meets perfectly. Good treatment with the landlord and a location on the floor next to the cathedral. Very happy and recommended experience!!

perfect location to visit both Cuenca capital and points of natural interest and outdoor actuvities. Small but very cozy apartment with everything you need to spend the night, wash and rest. The kitchen has everything, although it's small it doesn't lack anything. I really liked the rustic style, nothing bad to say, I would recommend it. The TV can't be seen from the sofa, it could be fixed with a swivel stand. The neighborhood is quiet, about 20 minutes from downtown, the church, hanging houses etc., highly recommended and Oscar was very attentive

We have spent two nights in the accommodation with our dog. The kitchen has everything you need for cooking, and the apartment was very clean It has a pellet stove that heats the entire floor. It has parking just around the corner from the house, and is 20 minutes from Cuenca. It has quite close routes, great to disconnect. Communication with Jesus was great. 100% recommend. We'll definitely repeat.

Old town house Cuenca 100m from the cathedral

It's a beautiful apartment, a very central and quiet area. The host even offered us to come in early and check out after the stipulated time, all a detail. Respond to messaging right away. The play doesn't work and there's no wifi, but better like that. Don't go with large suitcases, you have to go up to a second and it doesn't fit up the spiral staircase of the apartment. We march happy and with good memories.

Cozy studio, central, a perfect location to visit the old town of Cuenca. Free parking in the Castillo area - which is very much appreciated - and another one paid closer. Definitely recommended. Thanks to Beatriz and Fran our hosts.
