It is located on the top floor of the building making it very safe. It has a very good neighborhood view terrace. It's also very safe at night. The apartment offered is very good, clean and organized. There is a lot of variety around, supermarket, restaurants, parking. Without a doubt, if I need to come back, I'll look for this same place.

Beautiful stay at Marite's house. We arrived early and luckily was available to enter. The house is re equipped, rests well, the shower spotless. The Area seemed safe and quiet to me. We will definitely rent again in case of going to Carlos Paz. Thank you Marite and the lady who took care of us

A very cute place to enjoy a quiet vacation. It is very well located, close to several tourist places that can be done in an hour or two by car. The space is spacious and comfortable, ideal for relaxing, the park is huge and very nice, and the pool is excellent. Also to note that it is very well equipped. The host was very friendly and flexible with check-in and check-out times. I definitely recommend it!

Super well the whole experience with Leopoldo at his apartment. We only stayed 2 nights because we were just passing through, but it was super comfortable, it has everything we needed. Equally what I highlight is the independent arrival that I facilitate everything because we arrived after 23hs, the good communication with Leopoldo that was very clear in everything and was super pending, and that the area was very central, so we had everything at hand. we will be back, surely you will!
