A accommodation of 10. The duplex is as seen in the photos. Location very good, very clean floor everything. Great terrace. I will definitely repeat accommodation when I come to Santander. Right floor, highly recommended price-cality!! Located on the outskirts near Playa Sardinero. The good thing is that you can park on the street without problems. To go downtown too far on foot! (approx 45 min), options are bus 1, 2, 6c2 and 7 (1.30€ per person), taxi (approx 7€) but parquing, what a remedy! 2nd floor (no elevator). Even with original back furniture. Small but conventional kitchen: has a microwave, in vitro, large fridge and dishwasher (with all cleaning products). More or less all the utensils and in addition, some basic (salt, pepper, vinegar.. no oil). Coffee maker is filter but there was complimentary coffee pack. The owner has the detail to leave you a cake and bag of small croissants. Bass bathroom along with the dining room and kitchen. There is also a small terrace where the first view is a building, but if you look to the sides you can see the sea. Arriba 2 hab and bathroom with hot shower! Conchon ok!! It was a perfect stay! It is a very nice and newly renovated bass! Spacious, clean and with everything you need! The heating is a wonder and very adapted to go with little ones! Thank you

We had a fantastic stay and just wished we could have stayed longer. The apartment is lovely and in such a great spot being only a few mins from the beach. Great terrace to enjoy in the sunshine too. Pau was a fantastic host and very responsive to every query we had. Highly recommended!
