Self-contained, with its own entrance and parking and designed exclusively for couples or solo travellers, with a King-size bed and en-suite bathroom, there is an open-plan living area with a woodburner, cooking and dining facilities, a large garden, pergola and terrace with hammock and BBQ.

Welcome! :) We are Sandra and Roy, two young Germans who moved to the green heart of France in late 2020. We speak some French, also English and our mother tongue German. We invite you to discover the calm and charm of our new region, the Auvergne. In our house you will find a rustic vegetable garden, Vietnamese pigs and ancient chickens. Located in the heart of the Berry, this house offers you a quiet stay in the countryside. This independent house was fully renovated in 2025 (exterior being finished) to accommodate you in pleasant spaces that bring comfort and tranquility. It consists on the ground floor: an entrance with living room / SAM; a kitchen; a large bedroom; 1 bathroom and 1 independent toilet. Upstairs: 2 bedrooms. This house has a garden and courtyard so you can park freely.

Simplify your life in this accommodation: bakery and butcher shop around the corner, large shops 500m away and restaurants in the city center 10 min walk. Market with local produce on Saturday mornings. Ideal for bikes, Canal de Berry nearby and the beautiful Forêt de Tronçais 15min drive. To preserve biodiversity, you will find a garden according to the principle of reasoned mowing. And for lovers of relaxation, I also offer 20min/20€ seated massages.

relax in this cozy 77 m2 village house, completely renovated, quiet in the Bourbonnais woodland. You will stay in the courtyard of a ruined medieval castle and you can eat at the foot of its tower. Located less than 10 minutes from the A71 and Montluçon. 15 minutes from Néris-les-Bains spa town and 30 minutes from Tronçais Forest. 1 hour from the Volcans Regional Nature Park and Vichy (Unesco World Heritage Site).

Charming quiet house on the heights of Sainte-Sévère-sur-Indre. Possibility to accommodate 4 people thanks to a separate bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room. The house also has a large terrace and garden, where you can enjoy an outdoor lounge, deckchairs, and a barbecue. All the basic amenities (sheets, towels, shower gel/shampoo...) are provided with the rental.

Located in a small hamlet overlooking the Cher Valley, our stone house will bring you all the tranquility you need to recharge. After a pleasant hike from the house, you can relax in our outdoor XXL 6-seater hot tub while enjoying the view. After dark, you can admire the starry sky without light pollution. You can also entertain yourself with our pinball, pool table, darts or pétanque.
