Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Culpeper County

If I could give Jennifer’s place more than 5 stars I would! The property was at the end of a seasonal road so it was very quiet. Jennifer was nice enough to leave us some eggs from her chickens that were delicious. Great place to stay if you’re trying to get away from the city for some peace and quiet

We had a great time and loved the arcade games and the outdoor games that came with the house. The beds were so comfortable! My family had so much fun!

We stay for three days and two nights. House was beautiful. My daughter enjoyed the sheeps and goats We will definitely go back. Please make sure the check the hot tub early mornign if you would like to enjoy at night.

Barbara was so helpful. What a peaceful stay for our family. The farm tour was amazing. The post cards were an added bonus. We were there for a memorial service and there was plenty of space.

Our crew of seven (+ 2 dogs) loved our time here! This was an experiment of sorts to go somewhere slightly remote with no major travel plans to spend quality time together and see how we could entertain ourselves. For our family and kids' ages (10-15), 3 days would have been perfect, but 4 was probably a little much. We were about fifteen minutes from the nearest retail area, but it included everything we could have ever needed. The little park at the front of the neighborhood was expansive and clean; we walked through the mining camp museum then played family wiffle ball + soccer on the football field before the kids did sand volleyball (my husband and I opted out of the sand lol). We loved we could bring our dogs without having to worry about any cat dander (several of us are allergic). The stairs were too steep for the dogs, so they were naturally contained to the middle floor. Only heads-up is that there were carpenter bees - not harmful, but definitely freaked the kids out.

I wish I could give this experience 100 stars! From our first communications, Teresa was kind, understanding, and extremely responsive. She provided easy check-in and driving directions and a comprehensive list of food and exploration recommendations. The location was serene. The pictures, although gorgeous, do not do Bees & Trees Farm justice. The suite itself was so clean. It was the perfect spot for my partner and I. We had an event in Culpeper and didn’t want to travel to and from Fredericksburg or Richmond. He rode his motorcycle and I drove up, and there were two spots for us, which was awesome. This location was perfect for a little getaway. I highly recommend this Airbnb for your stay. It felt like home! Also, you have to visit the store. The butters and teas are exceptional! I got the Pecan Apple Butter! The teas are actually infused with honey and make all the difference. And, don’t forget to say hi to the mini donkeys and goats! Thank you so much, Teresa! You are a gem!

Very relaxing. There were just 2 of us but I can see a family being very comfortable there. Loved all the friendly farm animals. Enjoyed being in a secluded place yet close to restaurants and civil war attractions. Would definitely stay again.
