Beautiful house and serene neighbourhood,as described. It was clean and had everything listed. Additionally, host was very hospitable and responsive.

10/10, best rental! The house felt like a hotel - it was immaculately clean with beautiful decor and in an ideal location. They put a lot of thought into it, there were so many little things we weren't expecting from an Airbnb that made this one top notch. We appreciated the fluffy clean towels and toiletries they provided. They had a whole section of baby items stored neatly in the garage and we used the baby monitor to keep an eye on the kiddos during the night. We really enjoyed the kayaks with life jackets in adult and kid sizes. They even thought to provide things like waterproof cell phone cases to take on the kayaks! They also had a small cooler, tons of beach chairs and lawn games. The location of the house is great, there's a little beach around the corner and 1 min drive into a part of town with some nice restaurants. We took a recommendation from the house's Insta-page and went on an easy hike on the boardwalk section of the Appalachian trail! It was a great time!

Hope is an excellent host and tends to guests needs. We stayed here for a last minute weekend getaway and were blown away with how great a place it was. The home is immaculate, has everything you need sleeping, games, bathrooms etc. The home is even more spacious than the pictures led us to believe! The best part for us was all the amenities for the outside space. Fantastic fire pit with plenty of wood provided (was very nice to not have to hunt down a vendor for wood) There are multiple kayaks, paddle boards and even an easy kayak launcher. The loaded game room was a big hit with our 12 year old and we all loved fishing from the boats and dock all weekend and caught plenty of fish despite our trip being in April. Would definitely come back!.

We had a wonderful time staying at Amanda’s lake house, so much so that we extended our trip. It the perfect cozy, warm cabin that we were hoping for. It was so nice sitting by the lake and watching the day go by

Lovely lake home with beautiful views, both from the living room and outside deck. The house was well stocked with everything you would need including spices and coffee! We had a wonderful time and will be back.

This accommodation is a great choice to get away from the noise of the city. The house is decorated beautifully and there no lack of space. We especially enjoyed the lake side deck and all the extra amenities like pool tables, ping pong, Jacuzzi and such. There was even a kayak near the lake if you are interested. The host was also very proactive and responsive to our every need and provided great instructions for check in, check out and house rules.

Spent a weekend here with family and 5 little dogs. There is a bit more paperwork you have to do to get allowed into the community and to get the visitor pass at the Welcome Center. Once inside the community, getting into the house was easy. It was very cozy with lots to do in and out of the house. It rained the entire time we were there...but the house had lots to do inside. Kitchen was well stocked with essentials and was able to cook a beautiful family dinner! Thank you for the beautiful setting for our family yearly gathering!

We felt safe in this air bnb, as we walked our dog through the neighborhood. The little pizza place nearby, I don't remember the name, has decent pizza and prices. The hot tub is a highlight! While there, a herd of deer were walking through as I was entering the hot tub... they were not disturbed. If you have a dog, you will appreciate the carpeted areas in the house. Our dog struggles with walking on tile/hardwood, so the carpet definitely helped. The yard is also fenced. We enjoyed our stay and felt quite relaxed.

The house is large and clean. There was a big bucket of salt left for us (thank god as it snowed everyday) and the deck was shoveled when we arrived. All amenities worked and we enjoyed our time. The hot tub did have trouble keeping up with temp but it was 8 degrees out and to be expected. Be aware that the bedroom that is the game room is in a separate small building from the house. In the winter it’s a small icy walk. Totally doable though. I would definitely return in warmer weather as the area looks like it would be beautiful in summer with lots for teens to amuse themselves

Our stay was just what we needed. His home was clean, welcoming and extremely cozy. It had everything we needed and things to keep the kids busy. We got to watch the sunrise right from the dining area which was absolutely breathtaking! We felt right at home while we were there. We are already trying to see when we can go back!

We had a wonderful time celebrating Valentine's Day weekend at Instant Karma Catskills. The house had EVERYTHING we needed and is extremely cozy and comfortable. We spent time in nature and truly got the break and retreat we needed as a family. Highly recommend a visit to this beautiful and special spot! We enjoyed a pizza night from Forage Pizza (amazing), board games, the view/lake, and some hygge time. Thank you!

Was looking for a last minute mini getaway. Jonathan was very quick to respond and booked with in minutes because of that. The place is just as pictured. Everything is near! Only thing I would suggest is if you plan on cooking, might want to bring your own pots and pans, not a huge variety but we were able to make it work. Overall pretty good for the price. Nice place and would stay again.

We had a wonderful stay. Everything was perfect! Very clear instructions prior to arrival. Clean and well kept environment. Kitchen had all the necessary cooking supplies. The bathrooms and bedrooms were clean with nice linens and comfortable beds. The living space was comfortable and conducive to relaxing. The game room was so much fun! We played basketball, ping pong and Ms PAC Man! The deck and yard were relaxing and peaceful. We loved the hot tub in the evenings listening to the sounds of the lake! The neighborhood was quiet and easy to take our pup for a stroll. Also good hiking nearby. Nick was super responsive and informative. He even provided chocolates and drinking water for us! Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! Five stars!

Wonderful experience staying in this home. The river-view was a delight. Our little group was made up of two-couples who enjoyed spending the evenings around the firepit and hot tub, and "casting" recent vacation photos from our phones to the smart TVs to share. It was a short drive from everything we wanted. Would stay again!

Amazing surroundings and lake view, house comfortable accommodated my huge family of 16. Has everything, all utensils mentioned. We had multiple sightings of deers right on our backyard which was awesome for the kids. We will definitely return in warmer weather to enjoy the lake. The host and her husband were extremely responsive and helpful. During our 4 day stay we did not have any issues. Amazing family memories made. Thank you!

Came to town with a full crew of friends and family from all over to help a cousin whose house flooded while she wasn’t in town. The perfect place to all gather, eat, relax and rest well after working hard all day. I can’t imagine how awesome it is in the summer. Great host.

Shariq was very flexible and accommodating with my group's needs. We were looking for a place to spend New Year together with friends. We needed a place where folks could co-work, and still socialize. The house was perfect, in that we could split into smaller groups to do our own thing, the toddler could take naps in a separate room without disruption, and the surroundings were beautiful. I would like to return when the weather is nice and I can actually take advantage of the beautiful lake right in the back yard!

We enjoyed a peaceful getaway and appreciated that it was before summer when many more people would be out on the lake. Going out on the kayak and sitting on the screened in porch listening to the birds chirping were some highlights. Rebecca is a super responsive and helpful host, willing to accommodate our needs and allowing us extra time for checkout.

We had an amazing time at the lake house. Everything was on point. The view from the back deck is beautiful. The game room was a great touch. Me and the boys had a wonderful time. I will be back

I highly recommend this place to stay. We two families stayed and have great fun. Nice house with access to lake and lot of other amenities like hot tub etc. Lots of things to do inside the house and lake. We couldn't due to lack if time

Kimberly was an excellent host, she is very responsive, her property is clean, beautiful and so relaxing. The amenities were 5 star, plenty to do if the weather isn't great with the game room and board games provided. The views are beautiful, sunsets were magazine worthy and the area was peaceful and exactly what we needed. We 100% plan to return, the stay was wonderful.

Just an absolutely amazing place for a family getaway. The lake is beautiful and private. The kayaks and canoes were a unique addition and made the weekend. The house is an absolute dreamy place on the water and we couldn't have asked for more. So many nice touches around the house made us feel at home. We did not want to leave!!! The hosts are really first class and we'd highly recommend for an unforgettable stay!! Thanks again and we'll be back soon. Dan and family!
