Great place to stay, it is near to the comercial center

The site is incredible to spend time as a family even if it is large. The location is one of the best in the capital. My family and I were looking forward to staying longer. It has absolutely everything to feel at home. I will definitely be back, very spacious rooms and areas, full and spacious kitchen.

the apartment is very nice, the only thing is that we are elderly, the technology gave us very hard, when we turn on the stove, the TV ect..the area is very nice and teanquila

The Host and the people in charge of their parents, great in every way, were always attentive to my needs, they always responded to my messages. It is a complete apartment, excellent for long stays and short stays too. If you are going to have activities in the north of Quito this is a good place; I stayed two months, I would take it back.

I was for visiting Ecuador for work and stayed a bit longer than a week in Quito. Cumbaya is a great area and was able to find and purchase all necessary items for a calm stay at the apartment. On top of all, there is a spa, a swimming pool and a parking spot. I was really feeling like at home away from home.
